How can we improve New Mail?

Please indicate if there are emails in spam! I almost missed paying a bill on time because it was in spam and I did not notice it!

    I miss seeing the count of the Spam folder. Without seeing the count, I must view the contents of the folder in order to know whether there are any messages there. Seeing the count in the Navigation would be very useful (as it was in the previous version).

    spam and trash folder should show how many mail are there in that folder.

    why require extra work to hover over the folders?

    It's possible to see how many emails are in trash and spam if you hover over them.

    Just make it easier. Put back the folder where it used to be. Learn something from Apple, think of your user. Why do I need so many steps, you are not improving you are making it worse.

    Agreed, this is very important. There should be a count shown for number of emails in the Spam filter. This needs to be fixed soon

    If you click to open the spam folder and then click to see how many are in it, and then click to see what they are, by golly, you can then decide if those are keepers or not. annoying, isnt it.

    Hate having to hover over the folders to find if anything is in them. Liked it to where we could see the numbers.

    PHISHING - I liked that you could nail those that are really phishing... I get SO MANY of those. Wasn't it helpful to YHOO???

    ohh,,, i thought i wasnt getting any spam, because was not number,, i just looked, n deleted 142,,,,,,,,,wowwwww, y must put numbers beside there icons,,,ie,,,,,,,spam.... n any other products..........

    i used to get about 10 spam a day, now i get nothing,,, why????? i am not complaining, i tryed blocking them , but run out of limit......1000.....

    Pls mention spam & Trash has no numbering of what are mails are present in this folder like inbox.

    Totally agree, because spam unread counter is really important
