How can we improve New Mail?

I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.

Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

    I seem to hover between old and new format. Prefer old format. Cannot see how to access my contacts list. Help!!!

    Ditto - I want the classic yahoo and none of my repeated efforts to change back work. When I select "switch BacK" nothing happens. SPC

    Whoever took the decision to change the format so that contacts are now frustratingly difficult to find, edit etc. should be sacked. He/she has caused a lot of users to complain!

    Can't find my contact list.!!! want my old format back. why fix something that isn't broken!!

    Put the contacts icon in an EASY place that can be found quickly. Like right on the 1st page without having to go through all the steps to access and update or delete a contact. ONE button on the main mail page with IMMEDIATE access for reading and/or updating or deleting a contact! MAKE IT SIMPLE!!!

    If I try to go to my contacts, it takes me back to the old format. Can NOT get my contacts up on this format. Pathetic and frustrating.

    Put the 'Contact list' back where we can see it and add or subtract like we used to.
