How can we improve New Mail?

I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.

Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

    I agree. I want to add a couple new contacts and delete some. Not able to do it. The only way I can even see who is in my contact list is to click on compose, then click on the "To" to bring it up, but am not able to edit there.

    I cannot find my contacts. Thus I'm on able to edit them there's no icon in the upper right-hand corner of my email that gets me to my contacts this is been going on for years would where are you going to do something about it thank you

    you changed me to the new format and I do not like it at all. I'm not that good with the computer to begin with (i am 76yrs) and I don't even know how I can get another website I want to go to. Either change me back or I'll find another website for my home

    Why would you make people search for their contacts? And where is the "search mail" window? You're supposed to be making this easier, not more difficult and time consuming. Idiocy.

    JUST STOP fixing the few good things that had not been problems until the unnecessarily complexities added in the so called "Upgrades." GET IN TOUCH with reality. The upgrades are stupid and cause more work to figure out. OH YES, and the TUTORIAL videos DO NOT PLAY. They all get stuck in the loading (circle symbol) stage of attempting to view them. Does anyone at Yahoo Mail have the slightest bit of common sense to consider the concept of "Practicality?" Clearly, I have the answer to that that could not be more obvious in Yahoo Mail's latest mess of an Update. I get it, Yahoo Mail is intentionally making using their FREE version of mail so difficult, that users are coerhersed to buy a so called "better" version, in order for the company to make money on what was once free, simple and efficient email. American Greed. Shame on you, Yahoo Mail.
