How can we improve New Mail?

I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.

Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

    Yahoo! techs, what is your problem?!?! Do you even use Yahoo! for your personal e-mail?!?! Most of us are just regular consumers and not computer techs. Everything is such an ordeal...another (if possible) long learning curve. Hire your grandchildren to help make the process consumer friendly and easy to navigate. Thank you (if you even read these things!!) A very disgruntled, long-time user.

    Contact List is there: Upper right, the rectangular box with 3 dots to its right.

    When I click on the contacts button on the right, I get taken to the old mail and email! And once in the contacts, I don't see all of the contacts. For example, if I type in a contact name in a new email, it offers various old options for the same person. I want to delete the old and useless contact info but can't because I can't find them listed.

    Where are my contacts and all their info I have saved ???? Addresses and birthdays etc ?

    I also cannot send emails as I can't find contact list. Why did you try to fix what wasn't broke. yahoo is about useless to me at this time.

    Where is the support for email issues? After several tries I can tell you it doesnt exist!!!!

    Same problem !!Where are my contacts? it goes back to the old format to view contacts and have to write emails there. Typical ATT garbage,switching ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
