How can we improve New Mail?

I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.

Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

    The Contact List should be an easy thing to find!!!!!!!!! Please make it easy. Now, it isn't even possible.

    What the **** did you do with the CONTACT list? I'd like to add a new contact! Did anyone at yahoo bother TESTING this "new" version before dumping it on us?????

    Where the d- is the contact list? I want to remove some of the e-addresses. How do I do it now?

    Yahoo, I don't appreciate what you're doing to us. I see that I'm not the only one. Folder I've info, I WANT or wouldn't have put it there if I didn't. Pictures, I don't know why I'd need 2. I already have 1 & yet on the mail part, you put another one. I wondered why I couldn't get on my laptop. It'll go as far as sign in, then blank. Can't do anything. This is from my phone. Sometimes I wonder why I got you. Should have hotmail or something else. The only thing I'm not interested in on the mail is shopping, traveling. If I removed Yahoo or anything, I didn't mean to. Accidentally.

    import contact, access contacts, edit contacts those are key for use of the e-mail. Yahoo is still not comparable with Gmail and when i have to use it dealing with China I do not understand why Yahoo does not learn. I can have Gmail on any desktop but with the computer ascribed to Yahoo I lose my time searching for yahoo and when I get it there is no way to correct wrong address.
    Why is Yahoo not learning?

    Why can't you address the issues we have brought to your attention? I am seriously considering going to Gmail. Also noted next to the majority of comments
    you have "flag as inappropriate" - what does that mean? I personally didn't see anything in any of the comments themselves that was "inappropriate".

    There is no longer (in the "new" Yahoo email) a functional dropdown on Mac/Safari to add an email address as a contact or click on that address to send a new email. I'm returning to classic. And I'm a paying user. This is ridiculous.

    I can NOT fond my contact list therefore I can not edit this list

    I do not like the new format.
    Where are the contacts? I will not pay $39 for this.
