How can we improve New Mail?

Switch back button not available when I follow your instructions. I had the more settings options however, no switch back at the bottom.

Is there a way to switch back when your instructions don't apply?

    I want to return to the classic email format but here is no "switch Back" link on my settings icon. This new format is terrible. It appears to be an eighth grade class project.

    I went to the Settings Icon and didn't find a "Switch Back" link. I want my old Yahoo Classic Email back.

    trying to restore computer to previous date did not work in returning to classic form. I absolutely abhor next format. It prevents me from doing the things I want to do easily. Fix your settings so I can change back.
