Stop trying to sell me ads while you sell my info. Get better or bye bye. I am transferring stuff now and I will be logging on to them more frequently.

Free email with ads...fine okay. But PLEASE re-code the ads so that it doesn't slow down email processes...The ads are taking up bandwidth, processing time, and allow dangerous faulty clicks allowing violation of privacy and security.

Find a balance between financial interests and privacy, it is unbearable that every time we turn on the computer we are bombarded by spam advertising.

Why would you expect people to PAY for anything on Yahoomail when other email providers are available for free?

I realize yahoo is a free service but you started this not me. If I was going to pay for an email service it would not be with yahoo for most of the reasons posted below. Granted yahoo has served a purpose for me for almost two decades and has become synonymous with my business. I went from being a happy customer of yahoo to literally stuck using yahoo. I also realize this is a business and you need to make money or shut down but your initial premise or business model was your sponsoring advertisers. It's understandable that you have advertisements running around the yahoo page and hopefully it will capture our attention and get us to use the ones that suit our needs. When they bog down the system is when I think free email isn't worth it and consider moving on. I have contemplated using another email provider and have my yahoo mail forwarded to it until the time where my new email address will become synonymous with my business. Yahoo was there when I needed them and I'd like to stay loyal to you but it's getting more and more difficult with every improvement you make. Consider having your sponsors offering us some incentives, as Yahoo users, to solicit their business initially and hopefully their customer service will entice us to come back for more. If not well you did your job for them and us. Have your sponsors limit the time and effort it takes to download their advertisement. This can be a harmonious relationship between yahoo users, yahoo and your sponsors if you target and market everyone's efforts properly. Right now you appear desperate and steering more towards your sponsors need than the users and as a result we're all going to lose due to the "Greed Factor" held by all of us involved (me too).

Its bad enough having malicious ads on your site. I don't want them on email. I would rather which to another email company then get hacked or spammed buy adware. Also to get around these stupid ads get a blocker or buy a Raspberry Pi and put Pi hole on it to block all ads still cheaper than $4 a month or high in a few years....

Get rid of the ads in Yahoo Mail and STOP telling me MS Outlook is not secure! You only do that so I will look at your ads. It is very secure. I am not about to pay you to stop doing what you shouldn't be doing in the first place. There are plenty of other places to sell your wares.

Eliminate all forms of advertising in emails. Advertising is biased & frequently misleading. It never tells the truth, the entire/whole truth & nothing but the truth

why not use text only add. The images and videos are what kill most browsers and cache.
Do a text only add feed for 99 cent a month or 1.99 a month. I might sign up for that.
