There are an overwhelming number of ads...why should one turn off the adblocker. Already paying big for the internet carrier !

Yahoo has always had far more ads than any other site I go to. It makes Yahoo Mail slow - heck, Yahoo in general is slow. In desperation, I got an ad blocker.

Idk why you think that someone who downloaded an ad blocker specifically to block ads would want to turn that ad blocker off. Please explain to me why an ad blocker would do anything to block my important emails that are not ads since that's one of your claims for me needing to turn it off.

We restrict the ads on yahoo very specifically because they are not HR appropriate and we have employees and teens who use this email address.

It is your choice to slow up loading with advertisements. It is my choice to use an ad blocker. I don't tell you how to run your business so please don't tell me what software I can and can't use. Get rid of the pop up please.

I don't want to ever see ads. Yahoo can't be making money off of this. I know that I am blocking your ads and I don't need to be reminded.
No I won't white list your site.
No I don't want ads.You should have an Un-subscribe option also. It will search ALL of my emails, pull up any emails that have an unsubscribe link, and with a select all option, I can unsubscribe to them ALL. Similar to what unroll.me does but being within the yahoo mail system would be way better.

Why on Earth would I want your f%^&*g ads? It stays the way it is Yahoo

I would just like to be able to check my email without someone trying to sell me something. I get enough of that in my inbox. I also do not want to whitelist yahoo mail to allow them to send me more ads. There should be somewhere safe where no one is selling me something.

Stop all the **** pop up ads and no one would probably install an ad blocker!

I don't need a notification that closes the email I am drafting to someone for you to complain that you aren't getting ad revenue from intrusive ads that I would try to systematically ignore if adblocker wasn't already a thing.

If you don't tell me what features I 'could' be missing, and I don't notice and missing features, then I have no reason to change anything and whitelist you...

Until sites like yours DROPS the advertising, I REFUSE to drop my Ad Blocker. 99% of it is SPAM and most likely riddled with spyware/adware. This comment is from someone who is a CompTIA A+ certified tech who has dealt with removing spyware/adware for years. It's also why I run Linux instead of Windows. That operating system is NOT prone to spyware/adware. Either way, I see FAR TOO MUCH advertising online and mostly for products I'm NOT interested in whatsoever.

I refuse to do business with any company that advertises in my mail, I need a break from advertising, there is just too much. Now Yahoo holds my mail ******* until I white list them, ********!

Yes and that's how I like it.

Yahoo wants to advertise INSIDE of my email. No thank you. I refuse to whitelist Yahoo Mail just so you can spam me with ads that you have cultivated just for me based upon all the data you have collected about me. THE FIRST ITEM IN MY EMAIL IS AN AD. WHY WOULD I WANT MORE OF THAT?!

... because your choice of Advertisers sucks!!! I am sick to see them advertising in local languages and none of them cares whether I can understand their messages. They remind me ******** kids who can't learn how to communicate in a convenient way. It would be nice of you if you replace them by someone who is slightly more intelligent and do do not annoy me with Chinese, Hindu and Russian writings.

I don't WANT ads on my email. You people at Yahoo have a lot of nerve telling me my email can't work properly unless I whitelist your site. I pay for my ad blocker so I don't have to see a bunch of ads. I just want email. If you really think ads are so great, why do you sell an upgrade on your app for people who just want email and not ads. Stop being hypocrites and get it through your skulls that when people block ads, it's because they don't want ads.
