How can we improve New Mail?

re-size the Yahoo pages when we don't (ever) work Full-SCREEN

We don't work with any page in full screen.
Good programs readjust their "frames" to accommodate the resizing.
The execrable New Yahoo Mail doesn't.
Thus many commands and tabs are off the "screen" window we have chosen.
If if is possible, why not make it "readjustable: when resizing an application.
I want to Sign Out, however that is "hidden" off to the right "off screen"

    Wanted -- FULL SCREEN EMAIL. Why not; never changed anything!!
