Adding a new or different email address. Make it a single process and NOT all over the place!!!!!
I have been on my system for OVER an hour 1/2 trying to complete what I thought was going to be a simple task. All I wanted to do was ADD a 2nd Yahoo email address. I have click, and click, and clicked and click and followed every direction to make this happen but here I am an hr. 1/2 later and I still can not get this done. I go on your so-called chat that find it to be ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!!!! This a screen pops up giving you a number to call 800.320.9335. Guess what you get there . . . a recording telling you HELP is going to costs you some monthly fee!!!! Before all is said and done, companies in the USA are going to learn that they can not continue to do business putting their customers in such position. What kind of customer service is this? This is your product that you are NOT adequately supporting. System keeps telling me the new email address needs to be verified. OK, where/HOW? If you do not have a cell phone number to send a text to how do you get verified?
