Adding and editing new contacts was easy, until upgrades reduced the access and quality of Yahoo E-Mail. A simple point and click as we had before, with minor edit capability would be preferred to the very difficult system now available. Today I can add a name, but not the associated address.     It is almost imposable to manage contacts. I was just looking for almost ever trying to figure out to add a contact to a group, no luck. If a contact was not added to a group years ago or it does not appear in top contacts then you have to type it in.

    My contacts completely went away. Called support and they said they can not recover them. What the heck???

    yahoo mail won't allow me to reply!!! or forward emails. why is this happening? tell me how to fix this - or you fix it. this is unacceptable!! jj817_1999@yahoo.com

    Lousy glitchy editing on contacts as well...I don't want to hunt to find "all tabs" and "edit" and whatever else is required to simply change an email address of one of my contacts...you really are running my off Yahoo to Gmail...

    Very true! I am unable to add a contact in Mail+
    Moreover I was unable o find instructions on how to add a contact

    Constantly changing the way things work - such a hassle..!! Businesses do it, Governments do it and confusion reigns.
