the ******* mail takes ages to sync with windows mail. fix the ******* issue

you ****** ******* email service needs updating so it is compatible with modern technology. it takes ages to sync with windows mail.by the time it gets the email sync, security codes become invalid. fix it ********.

    I use an Apple phone and a Windows computer for my business. I cannot rely on my windows based email inbox as many messages do not appear there.It is only when I check my phone that I find all of my mail. Not good, think I may change my business email platform if it doesn't improve. Sounds like it has been an issue for some time!
