2. Distracting Advertisement

   Why keep showing the same ads that the user doesn't want to see, compromises the advertiser brand and distracts the experience with Yahoo Mail. Let the user select options for the ads in the Inbox. Thank you.

4. Your email is horrible.

   I am sick and tired of you constantly asking me to get a code from my recovery email. I am using the same device and over and over you make it very inconvenient. I will be so glad when I finally get all my contacts switched to my new provider, then it will be goodbye Yahoo. I will never come back. I will advise others not to use your service. You never have anyone available and I am not paying for service.

5. Why do I have to create an email account with another provider just to get a code to access my yahoo mail

   I hate that every time I try to log into my mail I have to go to another email account to get a code to be able to access my email. I would like to be able to log in like I have been able to for over 15 years with just my password. Why you insist I need to have another email account with another email account provider to be able to access my yahoo account seems ridiculous. I do not need to have to get a code every time I log in. I have been able to access my yahoo account with just a password for years and do not understand why I had to create another email account with Gmail to access my yahoo account. It is stupid.

8. go back to the old unimproved yahoo mail

   Please go back to the original yahoo email .The new one is absolutely and totally rubbish .It has none of the things I want it to do where I want them to be . Yahoo mail was not broken it did not need to be fixed it did what it said on the tin namely received e mail and sent e mail .I cannot even find my address book any more and have no idea where my contacts are .

10. Stop begging me to use it

    Can't swap to ******* dark mode without an experience-locking popup begging me to try your NEW LAYOUT that I just swapped OFF of. Your version of innovation is cancerous.

12. Stop the jumping email list

    Fix the scrolling thru the list of emails. It jumps around to whatever it wants. I hate this so much!!!!! I can't read anything with it hopping everywhere. I use a mac.

13. I HATE THE NEW MAIL IT WAS FINE HOW IT WAS

    I do not like the giant space to the right. I do not need that space. Please allow me ONLY to see my email I don't need all that extra stuff. I just have a gaping hole to my right when it could be used for me to see full emails.

16. Sorting improvements desperately needed for Yahoo Mail

    To whom it may concern,

    Due to the recent massive reduction in allotted email storage with Yahoo, I am in need of deleting massive amounts of emails which shouldn’t be that difficult however with the very limited sorting capabilities Yahoo currently offers; this will take the better part of a year to delete emails I no longer need.

    I have a quarter century of emails that I must comb through. Could I humbly request that better sorting options be added such as ‘a,b,c,d,e..’ buttons in the list of emails when you ‘sort by Senders name’? This alone would make it much easier to pick up where I left off if I am going through and deleting emails. Case in point, I have deleted all the emails I needed in a, b and c, however if yahoo mail freezes or becomes extremely slow after deleting the 10’s of thousands of emails, it crashes or often I don’t have a choice and I have to reload the site. When that happens and I try to get back to where I left off, I must do endless scrolling through the a’s, then the b’s and eventually get to the c’s or d’s. This can take 30 minutes of scrolling...just to get to where I left off. Then the cycle continues.
    If there were to be ‘a, b, c, d…’ button to select from in the ‘sort by Sender name’ option, I could just click on ‘c’ and it would take me to the senders starting with ‘c’ and although I may need to scroll down a bit, it is absolutely nothing compared to scrolling…all the way down to ‘c’ without this filter. I can’t fathom what it’s going to be like when this crash happens with Yahoo mail when deleting and I am half way through the alphabet or further.

    Needless to say, if we are being required to delete emails to keep under the massively reduced 20GB capacity, we really need to have better sorting options to accommodate this demand.

    I truly hope this email finds the right department or person of whom, can accommodate this request. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

17. Yahoo Mail WEB / Android APP - New - a nice ideea, improved with mistakes !!!!!

    Yahoo Mail – Web Version

    Folders are now partially hidden, which makes navigation less efficient.

    In the previous version, the vertical divider between the folders and the email list was flexible and could be moved left or right. That was much more practical. Now the divider is fixed, which reduces usability.

    Additionally, the third column (Starred / Contacts) cannot be hidden. There is no option to collapse it when it is not needed. Why must it always remain visible?

    These changes negatively impact workflow and overall user experience.

    Folders no longer display unread email counts. This makes it harder to quickly identify where new emails are located. This change feels like a downgrade rather than an improvement.

    I also previously requested that folders remain visible at the bottom of the Inbox on the main screen. Instead, they were moved under the profile photo, adding extra steps just to access them.

    These interface changes make the app less intuitive and less efficient to use.

    Overall, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED with the recent design decisions and hope usability improvements can be reconsidered.

18. unable to use the Contact us form

    Your contact us form does not work. Not on Edge. Not in Firefox. Not on Chrome. Im trying to get some serious help here but i cant. Trying to find out why i cant delete an old unused, unsupported additional email that was used in the creation of my yahoo account.
