  1. being able to paste information in the same format , as well as paste pictures,

    in the prior format I could copy a picture or information and paste in the email, when I paste from a worksheet it is no longer in the shape of what I copied - creates a mess, and if I copy a picture and want to paste, it will not do it. I hate to have to create a file and then attach it, more of a wast of time and then I have to go and delete the file - as it was only for a temporary usage.

  2. Listen to the opinion of the user

    Yahoo mail has virtually no support. Support requests ALWAYS go unanswered. When logging into mail, some kind of confirmation is constantly required, although two-factor identification is disabled in the settings. This in turn results in mail sometimes becoming unavailable at all, and if you use it for business, your business could be seriously affected. The decision about the degree of confidentiality rests with the user, not Yahoo management.   5. Get rid of the Create Split View auto-open window immediately

    Whoever the moron is who came up with this Create Split View auto-open window that makes it almost impossible to move emails into folders anymore, should be fired immediately. That is all.

  7. STOP THE ANNOYING CONTENT BLOCKING ADS

    why do I not have the option to turn these annoying distracting ads off?! They block content and I am about ready to not have a yahoo email anymore. You can send ads all day long and I will NEVER buy anything from seeing them

  8. Switch to turn off multiple sessions

    The recent change that enables a second session to open is problematic. Every time I try to drag and drop an email to a folder for filing it opens a new session. Not sure who needs this or how it is used but it is a big pain for me. How can I turn it off?

  9. remove the third box on the right

    Delete the 3rd box on Yahoo mail that runs top to bottom. I read that it can be done using javascript, but as I'm not versed in that code, there should be an easier way...

  12. Bring back the blocking feature for spam

    I used to be able to block spam that came into my email account. That is no longer available! Why is that? I don't want this stuff (some of which is pornographic) coming into my email! Please bring this setting back!!

  14. I thought Yahoo already had spam protecton. I have no idea , but recommend you please streghten your protectionction ,

    on today 2/5/26, I received an email from an unidentified source in my inbox( not in spam). I did not open or touch it. However it did appear to be some sort of advertisement. Unlike any other advertisement which do appear alongside of emails. I so not understand why unsolicited email would appear in any email other than in spam. Could you please create someway to correct this, I have no ideas at this time.

  15. incorrect automatic suggestion

    I would like to report an issue with the “auto-generated contact card” feature in Yahoo Mail.

    In one specific email message, Yahoo Mail shows an auto-generated contact card under “Contact details” that contains an incorrect phone number (it belongs to a family member, not to me).

    Please note:

    The phone number is not included anywhere in the email content

    It is not saved in my Yahoo Contacts

    It is not part of my account recovery information

    This happens only in this particular email message

    It seems to be an incorrect automatic suggestion or a bug.

  16. Deleted a draft email and it deleted the whole string of emails!!!!

    Hello, I was communicating with vendor regarding catering. I started a draft email response, but decided to delete the draft in my draft folder. I did this and it delivered the entire string of emails!!! There are no associated emails in my sent folder, inbox folder now and nothing in the trash. It's all gone!! This is a terrible design and needs to be fixed. A deleted draft response should be just that! A deletion of the current email you are writing, NOT a deletion of every email between you and the recipient. Please tell me how I can get…

    Your choices of themes and background is extremely limited and all very dark. Please give us some mid tones and lighter tones with sharp images. ; It all looks half hearted in quality. Are you wanting people to use a different email service?

    How do I delete all emails in UNREAD folder without them being deleted from my inbox as well. I do NOT have any rules or filters set up.....
