  2. Distracting Advertisement

    Why keep showing the same ads that the user doesn't want to see, compromises the advertiser brand and distracts the experience with Yahoo Mail. Let the user select options for the ads in the Inbox. Thank you.

    Subscription to yahoo mail plus is not available in australia. I have a problem with inbox malfunction but can't find any way to contact yahoo to get help. Please provide a way to get help. my email is

    Important email continues to be erroneously sent to Spam and Trash! This is not approved and extremely annoying! Please correct this or instruct how to stop this from happening!

  7. Update the updated mobile app

    You guys at yahoo really need to fix and update this horrible update on the mobile app. You can delete email after email and your unread email number at the top does not change. Not only that you cannot multi select and mark emails as read once you specifically select on that email and select all emails that correspond with that email. Fix this problem please! Also when you multi select emails you should be able to type which folder you want to put them in.

  8. Get your spam editor fixed

    quit trying to censor Judicialwatch.org when they send me something by referring that it might be spam even when they are in my contacts list. And why does it take dozens of clicks saying its ok before you drop the message saying you think it might be spam? Cut the politics out! If you don't like them, don't read them. Leave the rest of us alone to read what we want from whomever we want!

  9. COLOR BARS ON CALENDAR

    Boy, you must really not want to hear from us--Hiding the feedback option way under help. Tsk tsk.
    COLOR BARS. These need to go away--or you need to mute the colors way, way, way down. For a while it seemed they had lightened up, but now they are back to the original dark blue. We cannot see the typewritten information because they are so dark. I like the color dots at the end of the entries--anyway we can convert these bars to dots? Would be good to let the dots change color and/or show the icons for the type of…

  10. Personal Emails shouldn't be deleted by Yahoo.

    I am very disappointed with yahoo. I trusted my emails would remain until I decided to delete them. I had important documents in my emails that I can't retrieve unless the yahoo customer support team can restore them. I don't understand the reasoning for deleting my personal emails at all.

  12. Return back to the old yahoo this new yahoo sucks big time.

    I don't like the new yahoo. I didn't even read emails and they are no longer there, when I search for them it's not found, I did not delete them or mive them to another folder. I ordered something yesterday I seen the email this morning but when I went to check the status it was no longer there not sure what you guys are doing but you need to fix this problem.   13. advertisement is a virus

    In my inbox, you have advertisement lines about every 20 lines or so. There is now a particular advertisement that is disguised as a regular line in my inbox, it even has the little check mark box out to the left of it as if you could check that box and then delete it move or call it spam, well guess what happens when you try to check that box? It opens a new tab and things start going off, because it is some kind of virus, malware bug or something of that nature. I can't remember the exact name…

    For the last week your ad for Mortle has crash my system. If you click the box to move it to Spam, it crashes.
    If you click on Mortal, it crashes. How can you run an ad without seeing what it does.

  19. Undo the changes to how mail looks in the web browser.

    I absolutely HATE the new look/feel of yahoo mail in the desktop web browser. Everything in my dark mode view is now grey/highlighted like what new mail looked like prior and they only turn black as you hover over them with the mouse and go back to grey after the mouse passes. PLEASE fix this.

  20. Please pay attention to the content before throwing it in the spam folder.

    I'm trying hard to understand why my important (to me) mail being continually sent to spam yet stupid, clearly phony e-mail are dropped in my inbox. I have missed some very important information due to your category choices. I have missed things that have always been in my in box and I am getting nothing but nonsense. Please review your policies.
