Get rid of malicious ads
Why do you allow malicious ads in your email app? Complete BS. Its at the top and not an email. You click on it, It basically hijacks your computer and tells you you have to call them. I had to control/alt/del and close the browser to get out of it. Allowing that trash will push people away from yahoo completely.

Stop saying it’s full when I deleted thousands and spent my time to do it
I’ve spent hours deleting thousands of emails, attachments, etc. and it still says full. It shows the same number of emails no matter how many I delete. I won’t pay for storage when I’m doing the right things. Please fix this. It shows things I deleted. Maybe don’t allow companies to send emails with huge attachments. It’s not my issue. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years but I won’t be if this is how you do email. It’s not sufficient and is now hindering me from receiving important information. Feedback about changes regarding storages
I am extremely disappointed with Yahoo's decision to limit mailbox storage and charge users for additional capacity.
When I originally signed up for Yahoo Mail more than 20 years ago, one of the key selling points was the promise of unlimited email storage. I have relied on that commitment for decades and have accumulated over 30 GB of emails based on the understanding that my storage would continue to be available.
Now I am being told that my storage will be restricted to 15 GB unless I pay for additional space. This feels like a complete reversal of the commitment…

Stop Showing Ads in Yahoo Mail+
When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.
So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

Bug in folder display on the new design of the Yahoo app for Android
On the new design of the Yahoo Android app introduced since yesterday (May 29th 2026), only a subset of folders are shown on the side bar by default and every time the user has to tap on the "More" option to get the full folder list. Moreover, the unread email count for each folder is no longer displayed next to the folder name, rendering folders practically useless as it is now impossible to know which folder has unread emails without checking every single one of them one by one.

Turn off "streaks"
I don't know why this new "streaks" feature was added, but it's juvenile and unhelpful. I very much want it to go away. I cannot find a setting to turn off the related notifications, animations and emails. Please turn them off or give me the option to turn them off!
