Ads take too much room on reading pane
I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

Don't get rid of notepad!
Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

Stop Showing Ads in Yahoo Mail+
When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.
So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

You cannot TODAY delete messages in the SPAM folder. I have ticked all boxes in spam and under other pressed to block and delete all ticked messages, they just bounce back into spam folder.

Many of your customers have had a Yahoo email address for decades, for life, and our emails contain an archive of our lives and correspondence. We've had over a decade of access to '1TB' and most people don't use that much, so why are you forcibly reducing it to a pitiful 15GB? While most people might not use 1TB, we certainly do use more than 15 accumulated over decades of use, and suddenly you want us to erase our lives almost overnight?

Give me back old mail where I could download files!
I currently cannot download any file on my phone as when I select the attachment it trys forever to open it rather than giving me options as to what to do with the file. So now I cant use yahoo mail for file attachments as 1. I selected a wrong association which I cannot get rid of as I dont have any options to change the file association for pdf's 2. I cant open a .json file as your email cant seem to associate it with anything so is waiting for infinity to come rather than doing anything useful.

Email stopped working with no warning due to full storage. No option to increase the storage since it is not available in my region according to yahoo.

New layout
I don't like the new layout. It makes the reading area too narrow. There needs to be a way to hide the righthand panel (it's empty, and even if it weren't, it seems like something I wouldn't use).

How do you make drastic changes to allowed used space without giving long standing users tools to manage it
With your decision to put a small quota on allowable used space and if you're going to make close to 30 year old accounts reduce their usage you could at least provide half decent tools to allow us to easily delete email sin bulk

All Yahoo Apps on Android doesnt work ! password error and pls try again
I recently changed my password and now all the yahoo apps on mobile dont work at all, it cant login with the correct password, stating password error and pls try again.

Something is wrong, please try again
After changing my yahoo password on the yahoo website, i can sign in successfully using any web browser. However, all the yahoo apps on my Samsung Galaxy 25 do not allow login anymore, stating something is wrong, please try again. I have cleared cache, data, remove and reinstall and all failed. All apps such as finance weather and mail on mobile prompt error when trying to login in.

Make Webmail useable and competitive.
My idea is to keep or increase the reading pane so Yahoo!mail is usable. It appears we are going to end up with a 3x3 inch reading pane and the other space will be full of ads. A program that is not useful or easy to use gets dumped and getting upset customer back will be hard, especially when they leave bad reviews online. Increase the reading pane back to what is was as well as take the ads out of the top of the emails. It's like buying a 32" monitor but only getting to use 12 inches of…
