One of the main reasons I use Yahoo as my email software was primarily to use stationery on occasion. I'm devastated to find its just disappeared now. Please bring it back.

I can't believe yahoo took the email stationary away because it wasn't popular enough. Free stationary downloads like www.EmailBackgrounds.com are still popular.

It has been 7 days since I created a second post about stationary and how everyone no longer has stationary. Well except for me via the app Yahoo Mail! on my iPhones.
Someone at Yahoo is covering up the most stupidest thing. We are not being told the full truth.
Why create Yahoo stationary and have it up for months if the analysis was being done?
How was the analysis done and the reporting done?
If I still have stationary then how was I counted in that analysis.
And without being able to talk to those in the white towers who look down on everyone it is impossible to fix anything at Yahoo or AOL or with Verizon.
Stationary still works for me so you guys must be conned that it's not.

From Yahoo: We know this is not the answer you want to hear, but we no longer support Stationery or GIFs. Unfortunately, it was not a popular feature from our Community. We did a lot of analysis before coming to this decision. blah blah blah blah.
Me: The reporting and analysis was flawed. I may not have been enough to matter in the long run, but it was flawed. I still have stationary on my iPhone 11 via the app Yahoo Mail! That tells me I am one of many who were using the stationary for birthday's and holidays, when the holiday feature worked. It's been stuck in Christmas Season mode since Nov 2022. And I have been trying to tell Yahoo but been unsuccessful due to Yahoo arrogance that the know better.
If I can still do stationary via Yahoo Mail then you did not count me in that analysis therefore you might have missed a lot of people.
Ultimately this comes down toYahoo did not want to support this workflow and did not want to pay PaperSource. That' why there were new Yahoo stationary options.
Oh my god. If Yahoo produced data reports based on how many people chose the Yahoo stationary and presented that as the reason it is not being used then there are employees who are liars to leadership. Something does not smell right about this analysis.

We did a lot of analysis before coming to this decision. Yes, we know the ones that used it will be requesting it back, but we have no plans as of now to bring it back. Very sorry! Thank you for your feedback and for loving stationery! 💜

I just got off the Phone w Yahoo CUSTOMER SERVICE Agent. I explained that my Family is VERY Disappointed in NO LONGER Having Access to the Use of the *GIF* Feature that was located in the BOTTOM Portion of the Yahoo Email *SEND* Area.
Anyhow, it was about 2 WEEKS AGO ... that the *GIF* Feature was suddenly GONE & it was SUCH A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT ... as ALMOST EVERY SINGLE EMAIL I have sent out ... that were of a PERSONAL NATURE ... and some too that were for BUSINESS NATURE ... that I would USE A *GIF* ....Just to BRIGHTEN Someone's Day ....by taking that EXTRA Little Bit of Time to send a PERSON Something VISUAL w the *GIF* Feature.
The Yahoo Customer Service REP from the PHILIPPINES ... his name he gave me ...is ARNOLD... he was VERY KIND & PROFESSIONAL ... and he Explained that the *GIF* Feature was REMOVED for IMPROVEMENT BEING MADE ... but he also said ...that NO INFORMATION was being made available as to WHEN the *GIF* Feature will RETURN.
But Arnold, from YAHOO Customer Service...he did remain HOPEFUL that the *GIF* Feature will at some SOON POINT ... Be Returned to the EMAIL Platform on your Yahoo Email Service.
My SUGGESTION was to say to ARNOLD @ Yahoo ... "Why can we NOT continue to USE THE OLD *GIF* SYSTEM ... UNTIL Yahoo finalizes and EXCHANGES the OLD *GIF* Feature ...with the NEW IMPROVED VERSION that is NOW BEING WORKED ON? As this way we can AT LEAST continue to use the *GIF* Feature ...even if it is the OLD VERSION ... but then ... SWITCH IT OUT ... Once YAHOO TECH Department RE-MAKES their UPDATED *GIF* Feature???
OKAY ... I so Hope you will understand ...JUST HOW IMPORTANT our Use of the *GIF* Feature is ... as WE HAVE ALL HEARD ... A PICTURE ...IS WORTH ... SO GREATLY WORTH ... MORE THAN ONE-THOUSAND WORDS ... and this Email of mine to you here ...this is MORE THAN ONE-THOUSAND WORDS ALREADY!!!
OKAY ....GOD SUPER BLESS *YAHOO* ... Our Family is GRATEFUL for your AMAZING EMAIL SYSTEM ... We Send You All a Blessing ... In the Mighty Name of JESUS CHRIST ... and We Pray for ALL OF YOU... a Most AMAZING MERRY CHRISTMAS SEASON & HOLIDAY ...and ... FOR SURE ... WE WISH YOU ALL ... A MOST WONDERFUL ... 2024 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
AGAIN...GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU EMPLOYEES AT *YAHOO* ...BECAUSE WITHOUT YOU ALL ... THEIR WOULD BE NO WONDERFUL *YAHOO* TO SPEAK OF!!!
*AMEN & AMEN* -

Stationery may not have met your "popular" criteria, but it is essential to those who use it daily or weekly. I have used specific templates for years as a visual cue for readers. They knew what to expect when they saw sunflowers or the gold flourish. But now everything is the same. I can't imagine the stationery templates took up that much server space. I hope you'll reconsider this decision.
