  2. Sorting to Folders has been Broken for weeks

    Once again my Lowe's receipt went to Spam. This has been going on for weeks. I have repeatedly marked them as Not Spam. I can't add that email address to Contacts because it is a No-Reply address.

    But Yahoo doesn't send other obvious spam to the Spam folder. Nobody gets Renewal By Anderson email that's not spam, for instance.

    FIX THIS MESS!!!

    I get a message about changes to yahoo mail regarding 2 gigs of storage. "Check your current storage in account settings." I click and it doesn't drop me to that spot, so I have no idea where to look.

    THE SPAMMING IS COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL. YAHOO HAS DONE NOTHING TO IMPROVE IT. FILTERS ARE A JOKE. YOU MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

  5. Make sure next time, when the version updated no email will disappeared.

    Most Email folders are empty. Folders remain but are empty. Bank and credit card folders are empty. BMO Bank and Capital One Venture, Aurora Health, etc.

  7. More honesting. Better customer service. Responses to escalation tickets that are not garbage.

    My idea: Yahoo should provide honest communication instead of confusing communication.
