  1. Yahoo Calendar View is set to weekly view cannot get it back to monthly view

    The Yahoo Calendar is now defaulting to weekly view rather than monthly view, which I have had for years. I can't find a way to get it back including clearing cache, please help

  2. ad unit mute isn't working

    When I have your email page, ad unit on mute, occasionally ( but many times each day), the audio plays from your ads, impacting my conference calls and phone calls. I am not sure why the mute button is not working (if I turn it off and then back on it mutes, but later in the day it comes on again...).   3. opening my account is unavailable

    My husband and I each have our own yahoo accounts. For the past week, Yahoo has NOT allowed him to sign into his account, and the "system" wants some sort of TEXT communication in order for the situation to be corrected. We are both in our 80s (I'll be 90 shortly), and we never go anywhere. So in order to quickly be able to answer phone calls, we have a landline (with 7 phones). There is a phone in every room of the house except the bathroom and shower. We have given up cell phones. There is no smart phone,…

  4. How does Yahoo! manage to always make things worse?

    Now I get spam messages and phishing/hack attempts in my inbox when I had that all fixed before. Thanks Yahoo!

    And for some reason you removed my option to block hackers, again thank you Yahoo!

    You always seem to find a way to make things worse. You folks aren't fit to cook fast food let alone code a 20+ year old email program/service.

  6. option to disable the text preview in subject line

    Please offer the option to disable the text blurb in the subject line. It clutters up the Inbox, & shortens the sender's subject line, which could cause confusion, or even upsetness. Imagine a subject line, "grandma is dying to see your reaction to this!", but, with the shortened subject line & blurb, the receiver sees, "grandma is dying (and then, in lighter text) [name], Grandma is", and that's all. I do like that you're planning to make it easier to see, between read & unread, that was really difficult.

  7. Easier filters clean up option

    It would be great to have the option to select multiple filters to delete at the same time. The current method of selecting a filter then scrolling up to the top to hit the delete button is lame. Then you have to try to remember where to scroll back down to so you can move on to the next one and repeat. Very time consuming. I gave up after the 3rd deletion. I have at least 40 more to go but I do not have the time.

  8. restructure start over

    log people in when they have the correct password. yahoo was convenient, I cant describe it now. I regret using yahoo, it came to haunt me.

  9. Reading pane too small in new yahoo mail

    I tried out the new format for yahoo mail and did not like how small the reading pane is compared to the old version. The advertisement section took up too much space and I was forced to reduce the page size to see the buttons to send mail or add attachments.

  12. Calendar Auto-populates from Spam mail invites

    Spam mail automatically applies pending calendar events to synced emails and there's (so far) no way to stop it that I can find. That needs to get fixed asap. It doesn't appear to be a syncing issue, but there should definitely be a way for Yahoo to disallow SPAM folder emails from migrating events and event invitations into the calendar.
