email not working properly
I've been trying to use my account, reset passwords, and login for past two days, and now I have to pay for help. What happened Yahoo? I can't make any changes in my settings as the tabs are no longer there.

Attachment opening still very poor and multiple bottlenecks
The attachment should not be opened in email window unless user click specific option visible. Attachment from bottom bar should have option to save or open as user choose. There are multiple problem of getting attachment in computer folder.

WHERE have the account settings gone? I can't find privacy settings anymore!
That little icon (wheel) no longer gives me my account settings. I don't WANT to play with "themes" and colors, I want to change a privacy setting. I had to switch BACK to Classic Mail to do it!

Make it very easy to return to Basic Mail. I followed the directions, but did not succeed. Return me to Basic Email; I Can't.
Place a button next to Settings button so people can return to Basic Email right away. I followed your directions but I could not find "Switch to Classic Mail" at the bottom of the SettiIngs window. I also could not find "Tell why you want to leave." In addition, I could not find "Switch back.." Yahoo switched me out of Basic Email. I did not switch myself.

I checked for this idea and the response from Yahoo product support is old, from 2018-12 and it simply says "Gathering Feedback". So why has this not been addressed yet? Once i turned on the Yahoo Account key now i cant turn it off.
I got a new phone and installed Yahoo App. it asked me to try the yahoo account key. i tried. it was ok. now i want to turn it off but i cannot. everytime i try to disable it , it says u need 1 device to keep it on. i want my old password thing back. I got stuck once. there was a computer with internet. I did not have network in my mobile and no wifi. so i could not access my mail coz i did not have the yahoo key. keep matters simple.…

Stop disabling messages and links disabled in spam. I often want to see them, even if they are spam. I don't appreciate censorship
I don't want links and messages disabled, nor to have to make a message 'not spam,' in order to view it. I don't want it in my inbox, but I do want the option to view it to be mine. Sometimes viewing spam, alerts as to what is 'out there,' and sometimes spam gets through Yahoo filters. I want to be able to identify spam that may have entered my inbox. The latest mail update is a step in the wrong direction, form over substance
The new settings button opens a huge section dealing with themes.
ICYMI, email isn't about colors, it's about productivity. Now, to change an actual setting, I need to click one more button for 'more settings'.

the one setting that would actually help me is still broken:
in view mode, with preview pane set on the right, and messages sorted newest first, after moving a message to a folder the view always goes to the previous message, regardless of the setting of 'previous' vs 'next'. -
Bring back Alias feature
Pls bring back ability to recover and/or create Alias function as i deleted the Alias accidentally and henceforth it is inconvenient to log in to yahoo account. Thx.

There is still no "Switch To Classic Mail" option
"When I Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner there is no "Switch To Classic Mail" option at the bottom of the window. In the new Yahoo Mail the fonts are too light making them more difficult to read from a distance. There is no option in settings to enlarge type. Doing so via keyboard results in type that is still too light. Give me back "Classic" Yahoo mail.

Filters to get recurring, unwanted messages in Spam to go directly to Trash do not work. Filters to get wanted messages in Trash to go directly to InBox do not work. Also, Yahoo is s-l-o-w.
