Yahoo removed option of adding picture in your signature. Being in business we need to add our accreditation which is making me switch .
It is advise to give option to consumer to add their accreditation which are in JPG/JPEG format. Living in 21st century yahoo is going back to 19th century options.

Help with receiving emails from my contacts.
I had to reset my computer after it was Hacked with ransomware.
I reloaded Yahoo mail from my outlook and have not received or been able to send any emails from my desktop. I manually loaded my contacts but still haven't received or bee able to use the email account as I had before being hacked. I alos have not been able to receive. Varification codes from medical entities that I need. -
Can I have my old mail form back? I liked Yahoo a lot, but will change to another form instead even if it's one I previously hated.
I hate being messed around like this, and even the sparse response options. Will get a different e-mail address if not rectified.

Add select boxes to search results to bulk delete old photos and docs. Not 1 at a time
While trying to find an old email Photo, i did a search. I found thousands of spam Pics and Docs. I tried to delete them.
Only to find that you have to select them and delete them 1 at a time.
There needs to be a way to Add select boxes to search results to delete old mail, photos and docs in bulk -

why can't I see my emails older than 8 months ago ie. I can only view emails since 11 September 2024 and nothing prior to this date.

I was told in Live Chat that filtering is not designed to deal with SPAM emails, only other types of emails ..... why??
Yahoo has "filters" as a selection along with Mark As Read, Star, Block Sender, FILTER MESSAGES LIKE THIS, View Raw Message, Print, Add Sender To Contacts .... as I tried to report receiving 5 spam emails sent within a 2 min. period from the same email address of newsletter@kristall.freewww.biz by using Live Chat, I was told filters do NOT work on Spam email notifications (only with "other" emails. Why would Yahoo have it as a possible selection if it doesn't work for SPAM? .... under selecting a filter one…

Delete email in bulk by year selections only
Why don't you have a way to select emails by year to delete? A simple select by year: 2016, 2017, and so on and 1 click to delete. Currently you have to sort by year and scroll through then "select all" then delete. There is no way to do it with one click at the year level.

Why is the count so far off for the inbox, etc. May show 35 inbox but there are only 10? Does this in all folders.
Number of e-mails in folders is way off. Shows a lot more e-mails than you actually have. Is someone else trying to use my e-mail? Happens in all the folders, even the ones I have created.

I am swarmed with spams and uncalled for notifications
My council's database has been compromised, and I was told that my account could have been affected. This follows a string of breaches from Optus, to Medibank to the local council. Sure enough after their advice my phone was hacked. I called for assistance but it wasn't forthcoming. Now my email is affected, like what I said before of the uncalled for spams and notices. Email Filters - Need more than move to folder
The only thing you can do with email filters is to MOVE them to a folder, really? It's 2021. How about adding to the filters to do things that's been available since 1950 like, flag it (STAR) an email from a certain person or subject word(s) so we know to look at it asap over the 100k emails that's coming in. Even better, how about making it so it will auto forward based on filters to other people I want to see that email? Come on Yahoo!!!
