  1. Stop the cash grab to forward email!

    Your removal of mail forwarding from the free Yahoo mail is a total cash grab and I will NOT pay for this!!! I'm moving everything that uses my yahoo account to Gmail!!!!

  2. MAIL forward in settings is where?

    I use MAIL forward or copy to my OTHER main mail acct with my confirm mail acct and want to use it here than forward2-3 times. It is simple server option for accts using mail software to forward all/or filtered incoming to other mail accts

  3. How do I turn off forwarding?

    A long time ago I switched to GMAIL. I had my e-mail forwarded to GMAIL. Like many others i feel it has become unuseable. So now how do turn of this feature?

    In order to turn off the auto-forwarding feature click Settings-More Settings-Mailboxes, then click your account, scroll down on the left side menu and delete your forwarding email address.

  4. A option to make a alias in the new mail version pls.

    please make a option to make a alias in the new mail version, this option is not available in the new version. I realy need to make a new alias email adres.

  5. FIX YOUR BLOCKING AND FILTERING!

    EVERY ADDRESS I BLOCK IS GONE 5 MINUTES LATER AND THE SAME WITH FILTERING, IT HAS NOT WORKED RIGHT FOR A COUPLE YEARS NOW! TIME TO GET RID OF YAHOO!

  6. For us older users a larger font and a darker color for the message woudl be easier

    font and darkening the pale grey in the message would certainly make it easier to read.

  7. how to remove one of my recovery emails when the edit icon is not available?

    I have tried on the mobile app and via browser but I can't remove an email address (no edit icon) that I no longer have access to; hence, no longer appropriate to be in my recovery option. Kindly help

  8. Too many changes in settings that can't be edited

    Don't need the Scheduled email and now every email I open says Forwarding which I can't find a setting to clear please fix. This just makes it more unlikely I would ever pay for something I don't have choices in!

  9. I don;t want to have to put in an account key everytime I sign in. My husband and I set up a joint account...

    I don't want to have to sign in with an account key everytime I log in. My husband and I set up a joint "family" email that we use for the kids' activities, school, joint bills and rewards programs (think promotional % off emails and coupons as well as our amazon prime, etc.) This account key thing can only be linked to one phone at a time so it royally messes up our system. Especially when you have to wait. We already have a password...I don't need yet…

    Hi there,

    We recommend account key as a more secure form of verification but we recognize that it may not be convenient for everyone. Please note that you can disable account key and return to password sign in. Please see the steps to do so below:

    Manage Account Key from a web browser

    - Go to the Yahoo Account security page.
    - By “Yahoo Account Key,” click Manage.
    - Click the toggle to the right of any device you want to turn on or off.
    - Optionally, click Disable Account Key at the bottom of the screen to switch back to a password.

    Manage Account Key from a Yahoo mobile app

    - From your Account Key enabled app, tap the Menu icon Image of the side menu icon.
    - Tap the Account Key icon Image of the Account Key icon..
    - Tap Manage Account Key.

  10. blocking access for no reason

    your sign in process and blocking me for 1 hour is the reason I will be leaving this account. The block was outrageous.

    now I am going to change my password. then I will forward all messages and leave this foolishness.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  11. A shame

    After 16 Years of Friendship I have to say goodbye to YAHOO mail. It is a shame, that I have now to pay for the Mail Pro versions. Otherwise I am not able to forward messages.
    I I am moving to other mail services, where the forwarding is always free of Charge. it is a pity. Laimas Jonaitis

    Nice graphics. You should give a option to remove the ads which is coming on right side like 'try the Yahoo mail app for mobile' etc. And where is the refresh button of my mail box?

  14. security questions, how to change, and why wont it let me

    really upset with yahoo. my laptop is having problems so I go to use a computer at the library. then they wont let me log in, they wont let me enter my password. they keep wanting to send a code to phones and emails I have no access to. so I get my laptop I get back on my yahoo account. and then now I am trying to change the security questions to send a code to a email I can access and as soon as I go to security in account in

  15. blocking filters hit before spam filters please and allow *.* in filters

    I'm getting email@myip##.XXXXXXXXX.XXXXX. Every number and different names in the xxxxxxxxx's. How can I block email@myip. to get them all. And please hit block filters before sending this junk to my spam folder.

    why doesn't the "add account" option hold. I sign our of one account and need to sign in on the other even though I once added the second account and said "save" ...

  17. deal view

    1) Kill the banner that appears above the email message. It pushes down the actual message and is extremely irritating.

    2) The collated deal view is fine in that I can look at it if I choose to.

    Any time you do something that makes it more difficult for me to access the actual mail message, drives me to consider a different mail product.

  19. I subscribed for the pro version on the android application but I can't use it on my main account in a browser

    I subscribed for the pro version on the android application but I can't use it on my main account in a browser, this is NOT ok. The subscription should be related to the account and not to where you are accessing your account, in other words, app, or browser, etc.

  20. Can't access account info, just redirects back to login page

    I need to access account info to get an app password set up, but it keeps directing back to the login page and never gets to the account info page. This is critical for me for my Quickbooks account
