Add an option to turn off AI summaries.
It might be useful for people with robust business-style accounts, but most of my messages are already short, or they're notifications. It makes the "summaries" redundant and obnoxious.

This is an annoying feature. The summaries are inaccurate and I have to scroll past your AI junk to see what my actual email says. I hate this.

Make all summaries produced by large language models (a.k.a. AI) optional

Having an AI summary indicates to me that something or someone must be reading the email in order to prepare a summary. I don't need a summary to understand an email nor do I want anything or anyone besides myself accessing private and personal email messages that are for my eyes only. Perhaps it's time to switch to a less invasive email provider.

Give us the option to turn off the AI summary! It wastes my time becuase I have to read things twice! I don't need AI to tell me what's in my email! I want to read my email only! Also... GIVE US CLASSIC BACK!!!!

Coming back to repeat how awful this "feature" is. It's making my desktop email *unusable*. Not only are the "helpful summaries" not necessarily accurate, and always redundant, they are making it impossible for me to see the actual email with the relevant info visible without physically scrolling down.
I will only do email on my phone now, and that has its own set of inconveniences that the classic version DID NOT HAVE. Get rid of it altogether, or at least provide the option to TURN IT OFF.
Adding that I pay for my Yahoo email, and in addition have not asked for this option nor would ever give my permission for AI to scan my emails in order to summarize them. This is unacceptable. -

Lose the AI summaries already. We are capable of reading our emails.

Remove IMMEDIATELY the stupid A.I. summary at the beginning of every email – or make it possible for us to disable it. It's stupid, moronic, idiotic, foolish, crackbrained, nonsensical, fruitless, useless, needless, it's redundant and completely pointless. If you've sent money on A.I., well, too bad.

How can i get rid of new AI summary feature? It is distracting. I would rather see the actual email message than a summary.

The summary is displaying incorrect information. For example, is said that my package would be delivered onThursday February 29th - a date that doesn't even exist this year. Please get rid of this AI summary section. The data is false and misleading.

Have an opt out for the AI summary. I don't need to read the content twice.

My time is very important to me. Yahoo wastes my time by making me look at their AI-generated summaries before I get to reading the real email messages. The summaries are very distracting and annoying to me. I would really like to be able to opt-out of having the summaries displayed. Thank you.

AI summaries need to be shut down now! Failure to do so will lead to an extreme response.

STOP with the AI generated email preview. I didn't want AI, I didn't pay for AI... Just stop it, or make it easy once and for all to eliminate it.
