Make Trash and Spam Folders More Accessible
why make things harder to access? there's plenty of room in the left menu bar for those to be openly accessible.

Hiding the Spam and Trash folders in the bottom of the folder list hidden inside three dots (...) is the stupidest design idea ever. Most people delete trash every time we check email so adding extra steps is a waste of time. FIX THIS!

Who decided to hide the folder, such as Spam and Trash? I *want* to see the Spam folder in case messages get sent there accidentally.
I also want to see the Trash folder to be able to recover messages.I agree with the other comments that this option should be customizable to users can choose to keep the folders hidden or not.

How about a "likely spam" folder? Or maybe even a sort on spam score in the spam folder ??

I agree...or at least make the List customizable where the user can decide which categories to put in that list

Please show all folders together. There's no need for a pop-up box to be able to access Unread, Archive, Spam, and Trash.

This is a law office and because you moved this away from sight, we have missed multiple emails.

PLEASE bring back the trash and spam folders on the left nav rail!! Why on earth would you make it harder for us to access those folders? Use those as much as inbox.

need a quick way to examine SPAM folder. Now I have to go to the bottom of the folder list to where there is a line of three dots. Clicking on that shows the SPAM folder plus other actions.
Would like that list up near the top. -

Your "new" version of email makes me want to look for other email services or programs.
Why do I return to my inbox when I delete a message. I am unable to find any way to change that in the old classic version after you switched me to you new awful version!

Unread, Archive, Spam, Trash, Settings, Help have all been hidden in a 3 dot area under my files on the left. I have many files there because I sort things I want to save. It was much better in the previous version where you could see all those files on the left and the Settings were easily accessible via the Icon at the top right. Also, as someone else mentioned, the right panel should be able to be closed or opened on demand, not permanently visible as it takes too much space away from the reading pane.

Allow the Archive folder to be pinned and allow rearranging the quick action buttons on the emails in the inbox to be rearranged. I use the Archive button more than any other so should be able to do that in one click.

Admin.....Yes, drag and drop on the folders would be perfect!!

I never use the star folder either. Does anyone? I did finally start using emails to myself, but now it's buried. Do you get user feedback before you make changes or do you assign the new people to mess with the interface and then put it out there for us to test?
-
Lynn Dodsworth commented
Yes!!! Give us the ability to rearrange our folders so I wouldn't have to put z's in front of the ones I rarely use and 0s in front of the ones I use often. And while you're at it, put the trash, spam, emails to myself, etc, folders back in the folders list so we can move them up to the top. It's so sloppy to have that 3 dot catchall menu thing below the folders for things that could easily be put other places.

I get many spam mails, and delete them daily. So I want SPAM folder icon in Left Rail always, without having to click anything else to get to it. That's how it was before and your recent change is a step back.

The system wasn't broke. Go back to the old way.

Total mess. I can't see spam and trash folders. I can't expand the inbox folder, and there's too much empty space on the right.

Put Spam, Trash, Archive back at the top

Put the ... (that contains Spam, Trash, Archive) at the top of the list of folders. Having to scroll to the bottom of the list of folders is annoying.

I would the option to customize my items on my left hand, as i primarily delete all my emails permanently and go through my spam quite frequently.
