GO BACK TO OLD VERSION
Give me my old email back. I hate this new one. I want to be able to see and delete as I see fit. Quit messing with it!

Thanks for your feedback! We know change is hard and can be frustrating. Unfortunately, if you’re not seeing the “Go Back” button in the top, right hand corner, you cannot go back. Since last June, we’ve given our Community the chance to go back n forth, but it’s now time to start permanently transitioning. We really hope you’ll give the new experience a try! 🙏🏽💜

We all hate the new Yahoo appearance. Bring back the old until you fix the new look and bring back our old functionality!

The only way to improve the new version is to throw it out and fire whoever designed it. Also fire whoever decided this was to be an irrevocable change!

It's AWFUL, i can't tell what's been read, it's all the same color, Grey? Really? I can't tell what i had set up at important, i can't find some of my emails. This is ridiculous. How would anyone think that this is a step forward? It looks like it's from the 80's

The "Go Back" button is missing on almost everybody's accounts. You need to fix this immediately or you're going to lose a ton of people. This was a really uncool ableist move on your part which entirely disregards the existence of old people, autistic people, anyone with sensory issues, or anybody who used Yahoo Mail because they LIKED YAHOO MAIL. You really need to fix this issue immediately. Please. PLEASE. Everybody is literally begging you. You should be happy that people like your product and instead of trying to push them away, embrace the fact that you have a product people like. Pepsi still sells Pepsi because they're smart enough to know that people buy Pepsi because they like Pepsi. Be like Pepsi and continue to provide the product people come to you for. Nobody wants this new mail. Please give us our old mail back.

I'm having an anxiety attack over this, I can't handle this new change I need it back to the way it was. Your website has instructions for how to go back and says there's a "Go Back" button but that is actually a blatant lie because other parts of your website say there isn't a go back button. Please you really need to fix this immediately, nobody likes it and it's really not okay to force this on people like this it's really not okay.

It's ugly, unintuitive, and you let me turn it back a few days ago and now took it away again. I hate it I hate it I hate it I hate it I hate it. Fix this.

Why is there no classic? Why is it deleted? Why not give customers their own choice!!

everything sucks. you fully have the capability to at least give us the option to revert back. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

Reinstate the "Go Back" button. I've been using Yahoo! Mail explicitly because it didn't look anything like GMail and actually worked. Now it looks like GMail. I am formally submitting the idea to "Bring back the old layout as an option",

There is a reason you are not the biggest email provider around and it has something to do with the lack of customer service. I've already put up with ads masquerading as emails to me, but this change is too much. Hello Proton if we aren't allowed to switch back.

If you don't give me the opportunity to switch from the ugly and less functional new email to the older version which I haved used for years, I am going to get a new email account from a provider who actually cares what the customers want. Then I will forward all my email there so that I never have to see this new poor excuse for a modern email setup. Did you ask any customers who aren't in your beta group panting for new features what they thought of this. You may have solved a problem or two here and there, but you didn't have to throw the baby out with the bathwater.

This is garbage, I already hardly check my e-mail, I am going to outlook. They, at least seem more user friendly. It sucks, because now I have to go through and transfer anything involving my kids to a better, user-friendly email provider. My G-mail account for one of my jobs is better than this new garbage!! Quit trying to fix what isn't broken. I know that you have been trying to change things, I have been against them every time. I always opted to go back to the old version.

Go back to the original set up please. Why change a good thing people are used to? It's really not that appealing anyway!!

I couldn't agree more! Been using and liking since 2004. Now I will search to see if I can transport my archived email to GMail when I go. SAD!!!

This new Yahoo mail format is beyond horrible. I have missed important emails as there are now 4 yes 4 different locations for mail to go!!!! How do I get all my mail in one simple in box like it has always been. Who ever decided this was good should be fired!! FIX THIS ****

Stop making these drastic changes without options to stay close to what we have now. You spreading the emails now received so wide is not good for me. It now takes twice the area to view emails. I liked the old version with emails received closer to each other when reading. Also, the date should be on the left side in the beginning to read not moved to the right side. The email should go all across the page not 3/4 of the page with other area left blank. Not a good move on Yahoos part. Stop screwing with things and messing them up for us.

Give us the "Go back to the old Yahoo Mail" button so we can use the experience we like. I am sure you have reasons to make changes - but none of them matter to ME - the customer.
If a shirt maker decided they wanted to stop adding pockets and that it looked better and then changed all their shirts to no pockets and further when customers said they will not buy shirts with pockets - the company said they knew better no pockets for you! That company would soon have no customers.
