I HATE this new version... the design and functionality is terrible. After filing a complaint, I received the standard reply, "Your frustration is certainly understandable. Eventually, everyone will transition to the new Yahoo Mail." Being told that I, along with everyone "will" transition to the new Yahoo Mail...I hate to break it to you, I won't. I will just use my Gmail account as my mail account until all of my contacts get used to sending mail there. I have not used the Yahoo browser in decades so just moving everything over to google seems much easier. I think Yahoo has been hanging on by their email service, to be honest, since they don't seem to care about their users preferences..why should I care about being a customer.

New version sucks. I want to compose an email. Where is the place to compose? Why do I have to go searching for it? I am 72 years old, I hate the new version. People my age shouldn't have to be forced to learn something new if we don't want to.

I don't want basic mail. I want to go back to my old yahoo mail. You appear have surrounded yourself with YES men. Some big muckitymuck at Yahoo had this brain **** and everyone says - yes, it is great. Well, We the 94% don't want it. The internet is all about choice. You just removed our choice. Why can't you simply have three options Basic - Old reliable - New ****

I am extremely disappointed with the new Yahoo Mail interface. I expected the update to be simpler and more user-friendly, but instead, it has become a frustrating experience. The previous version was already perfect, and this new one is a significant downgrade.

The search function, for example, is completely unreliable. Instead of finding the specific email I’m looking for, it returns a bunch of unrelated results. It feels like this feature wasn’t properly tested before being rolled out.

What’s worse is that, as users, we have no choice but to use this new version, which feels like a forced change. It’s incredibly frustrating and, frankly, ridiculous. I hope Yahoo takes this feedback seriously and works to fix these issues quickly.

Go back to the previous format please or at least provide the option to go back.

This new version is garbage. I assume yahoo is saving money by going with a cheap vendor. We liked theme, tabs, more customization. Since I created this email recently, there is no option to "go back." My wokrer woke up one day and his legacy email account converted with no option to go back either.

PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLE VERSION
