Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Yahoo, I was livid about the hijacking of my email that I was being forced to accept with no option after 40 years using what I found so easy to use and better than any other email provider anywhere. But now that you have re-allowed the format we have all loved, I want to congratulate you and give you my most profound THANK YOU !

    I am 77 years old and have always liked yahoo, but this new yahoo is HORRIBLE, please let me go back to the old yahoo mail, it always worked fine for me. Steve Mielke.

    I have had my email address for decades, and if this new Yahoo Mail says as-is I will end my relationship with Yahoo forever, for every reason already stated by others, but I will state some of my complaints. I don't want your AI Bot to summarize my email. I can read my own email. I don't want Yahoo to decide what is "priority" and what is not. I don't want a fake advertisement email at the top of my Inbox. Fix this or I am done with you, and once I go, I will never return.

    I've decided to try helping those who come here by posting this as often as is needed, my sincere apologies if it is obnoxious. THEY ADDED GO BACK TO OLD! Yay! Keep admonishing them, though. To put your Yahoo mail back, click the three dots, then settings, then the first greyed out text towards the bottom. Have a nice day, all my fellow yahoo mail users!

    This version is horrible! Not only is it visually unattractive, the sort is off. I don't need icons for every email I receive. Please put it back the way it was or just give us the option to choose!

    This is horrible. I honestly can't give one thing that I like about the change. And I'm one that like change..... if it's for the better...... this is NOT better. Please let people have the option to go back to the old version. If not, I'll be one of many that will be transferring all the stuff to a new email platform.

    The new version is awful. I don't like yahoo nosing into my business deciding what is "priority". I'd like yahoo to butt out of my business. Don't like that I cannot select how my page looks. "updating" is not always a good thing. I wanna go back to the old, easier to use version.

    disliking this new version very much. starting the process to change all my external bills/credit cards, etc (where ever I use my email) to a google email. The extra steps to get to folders, find my calendar, no setting to change the look and feel of my home yahoo email page... just don't like it at all. So many companies 'think' updating or changing something is 'the way to go'. But if it's not broke - don't change it!
