Hi Paola, can we please have a bit more info? Can you please elaborate? Are you writing an email and it saves as a draft and when you go back it's gone? We can't try and replicate because we definitely need more steps, context. Thanks.

Why do emails written and ready to send, hit send and sometimes get an error "email cannot be saved as draft". The fully composed email no longer shows up anywhere---not in draft, not in sent, not in inbox. NOWHERE--as if it was never written. This has happened several times to important emails. They vanish without a trace. The former email never had this problem. This is an urgent issue.
