The new Yahoo Mail format is horrible and unusable. Looks like a high school web scripting class gone astray.

Please bring the original mail format back at least as an option for your users who prefer it.

Please keep about half of your users in mind during the design process.

Please provide the option to revert back to the old/basic version of yahoo mail. Otherwise, I will need to find a different email provider. The viewing screen is too small and the new version requires too much working memory, which makes it operate slow and/or interfere with the operation of other apps.

Please allow users to be able to have the basic email-as a yahoo user for almost 30 years-i am disgusted that my email was changed without my permission and I am not able to switch it back to what I want not what you want. If it doesn't get fixed, i will be filing a complaint and deleting my email and get something else that doesn't change the users settings without their permission

Please revert back to the old or classic yahoo mail. I do not like this new interface, it is not user friendly and has a cluttered look. Please do not force me to find another email provider. I have been with yahoo for years and like the older style. Thank you for your time and attention to my concern.

You can change the system without changing formats.

GO BACK TO CLASSIC VERSION OR GIVE ME THAT OPTION DO NOT FORCE ME TO ACCEPT YOUR NEW MAIL VERSION !!!!

I do not like this "new" version. It's over engineered and not user friendly. I hate the colours. I hate it and want to switch back to the old version. It is much better

Let people choose the old version if they are comfortable with it. The new version is NOT user friendly at all and it is slower.

Please let me switch back to the old email. I hate the new layout. It's ugly and counterintuitive. I'm now annoyed whenever I have to check my email. Also, let me disable the streak thing you started. That's also annoying.

I do not like the new verison and want to go back to the classic version. My IT consultant is recommending that I use a different more user friendly service and change my multiple work/home email services away from yahoo.

Why are they constantly changing to other e-mail settings? I tell them each time that I hate this!!!

Switch to Basic Mail

If you're using New Yahoo Mail, click the More options icon Image of the More options icon in Mail. | select Settings Image of the Settings icon in Mail.. If you're using the classic version of Yahoo Mail, click the Settings icon Image of the Settings icon. | select More settings.
Near the bottom left, click Switch to basic Mail.
Click Switch to basic Mail again to confirm.

Bring back the old Yahoo email. This New Yahoo Mail is garbage!

Add back pages. Endless scroll is awful. Add a way to remove the icons next to the messages. Allow emails to be opened in new browser tabs like in the old design.
