Unfortunately, you cannot revert back. We are only making the new one better. We know change is frustrating and hard but we really hope you'll give the new layout a fair chance.


WHAT'S NEW:
Calendar - We moved it from under "More" on the right hand side to it's own icon. Still on the right hand side, but it's now the first icon next to Starred and Contacts.

TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  1. Return 'picture size' small or large to E-mail.

    Why did you take away a working-well feature and DID NOT replace it or improve upon it??? How STUPID!!!!!

  2. I have had a Sky/Yahoo emailaccount since Sky invented it.(approx. 25Years, I find I am locked out Username :- jones.f@sky.com

    I can't sigin to my account. And I can't contact you any way PLEASE HELP?

  3. Yahoo email is not working properly.

    After receiving an email, I replied to the sender or forwarded it to a new one.
    After several repeated replies, I cannot forward the original email to a new one because the emails are combined.
    The Inbox and Sent folders only show the combined emails.
    Yahoo email causes a lot of trouble when replying to official emails.
    Please fix it.

  4. mail storage problem

    Subject: Urgent: Systemic Yahoo Mail Storage Glitch Affecting Thousands of Users

    Dear Mr. Lanzone,

    I am writing to bring to your attention a significant and ongoing technical failure with Yahoo Mail that is affecting thousands of users worldwide, including myself.

    The Issue:

    Since 12 August 2026, I have been unable to send or receive emails through my Yahoo Mail account. My "Manage Storage" page shows my mailbox is 100% full. However, I have permanently deleted over 6.8 GB of emails and emptied both my Trash and Spam folders. Despite this, the storage meter remains stuck at "0% available" and continues…

  5. automatic category learning from user actions

    I want mail to learn from my actions to provide a better experience going forward - either automatically (based on actions) or with help from manual teaching. If I drag and email from "primary" to "newsletters" - I would like an option to either learn this category is where future emails of this type should land, or a confirmation that asks - would you like future emails from this sender/with this subject to appear in this category. Thanks.

  6. Problem with cursor while composing

    I am a long-time yahoo mail user. There is a problem with using Yahoo email while composing messages and how that interracts with advertisements cycling to new ones. When a new ad populates, it steals the cursor from the compose window causing any further keystrokes to be seen as hotkeys. This is a major usability issue that needs to be resolved as it makes yahoo mail nearly unusable while composing emails of any length. Please address.

  7. (BUG) Detailed Information Missing From Inbox Email Calender Messages Reminders as of June 27, 2026

    There is a bug that showed up today June 27 2026. Detailed information is missing from the body of all Calendar Reminder Messages below the email headers.

  8. MOVE option not working

    I receive messages from EBAY concerning automatic searches I have set up with them Most of these correctly go to the OFFERS folder but some go to PRIORITY. I select the message in PRIORITY and clicked on MOVE, select MORE OPTIONS. change the pull-down menu to OFFERS and click the MOVE button. The message disappears from PRIORITY. When I click to OFFERS folder, that message from EBAY is not there. I checked the other folder and it is not in either of them. If I go back to the PRIORITY folder, the EBAY message is there.

  9. Feature Request: Follow-Up Reminders in Yahoo Mail

    Dear Yahoo Mail Team,

    I’d like to suggest a useful feature that could enhance Yahoo Mail's functionality: follow-up reminders for emails. Gmail has an option that automatically reminds users to follow up on emails they haven't received replies to, helping to ensure important conversations don’t get lost.

    A similar feature in Yahoo Mail would be incredibly beneficial for users who manage busy inboxes and need a prompt to revisit unanswered emails. Having a built-in follow-up reminder would improve email organization and efficiency.

    I’d love to hear your thoughts on this idea and whether Yahoo Mail might consider implementing something similar.…
