Whatever you changed, it's the worst!
It's near impossible to tell what has or hasn't been read, and the font is hard to read.

Display friendly mailbox name instead of account sending name
In the bottom-left mailbox navigation list, the new interface displays the account's configured "Sending Name" (the name others see when I send an email) instead of the custom "Friendly Name" I have set for each mailbox.
When managing multiple accounts under the same person's name, seeing the exact same sending name repeated makes it impossible to distinguish between different mailboxes at a glance.
Please restore the functionality that displays the custom Friendly Name for each74th ranked -
Your New UI Makes Things Impossible For Me
Please provide the option to revert back to the old UI as I cannot work with this new one - it gives me a headache and I can't differentiate between the different emails like I could before which means I am missing important ones.

Return the close button for emails
The version before this newest one has a close button for emails. I can no longer find this option in the new version. I currently use a view where the email would be displayed at the right side of the inbox.

Please let me see all my accounts on the same layout!!!
This new layout is awful!!!! There is no way to check if I received a new email on a different account. I have to manyally switch to my many accounts to see each one! This is absurd!

format takes up way too much room!!! No need for the double spacing. very annoying!!
Fix it without talking to chat for 40 minutes. Should have worked out all the bugs before changing!!

Utilizo o Yahoo Mail há anos como central de gerenciamento dos meus e-mails pessoais e profissionais, incluindo contas do Gmail, Hotmail/Outlook e do trabalho.
Após a recente mudança da interface, as contas vinculadas deixaram de aparecer de forma evidente na lateral. Embora continuem cadastradas nas configurações, o acesso a elas ficou escondido e pouco intuitivo.
Precisei procurar por diferentes menus para localizar uma funcionalidade que antes era facilmente acessível. Por alguns momentos, tive a impressão de que havia perdido o acesso às minhas outras contas.

Jumping directly to attachment
While reading email with PIN symbol it should jump to attachment when there are long trailing emails then its difficult to scroll down that much. It was there in earlier version.

Stop messing with what works

Bring back highlighting of emails!
NEED the highlighting it is too hard to navigate through the read and to distinguish between deletions and ones you want to keeep, You are looking like gmail but a bad one that is lacking in what is needed to read and use emails. Get rid of the AI - leave that as an option for those that want it, I DO NOT, bring back the highlighting of clicked on emails I don't mind the similarities to gmail but having the stars on the right at first sucks, no highlighting of emails SUCKS and I could go on but those…

separate emails by date like it did before the update
emails in the inbox had a clear separation by date. Now they don't. Put it back please.

Allow the Folders column width to be resized
You could change the width of the folders column in the old mail system. It seems to be fixed now and I cannot read the full folder names imported to the new system so it is not easy to distinguish folders without waiting for the prompt to pop up after hovering over each folder name.

Everything is just too big, too much wasted space
Everything is enormous with tons of wasted space around panes. The right side pane where calendar/contacts show cannot be collapsed taking up even more space in the page. I have half the real estate availabe on the old version for reading my emails. So much so, I had to change the zoom of the page to 80% to get some semblance of normalcy. Oh that means I need to keep on my reading glasses at all times now. Thanks Yahoo!
When reading an email, the part of the pane that shows subject/buttons/from-to take up over 1/3 of the email pane…

Deselect selected messages with up/down arrow keys
With the old mail a feature I used all the time was selecting multiple messages then marking them as read. After I could click up or down arrow on the keyboard to deselect them. I now have to use my mouse to click the select all box twice to deselect all. Implementing this in the new version would be a huge time saver

Make multiple inboxes viewable onscreen at once
Seeing all my linked inboxes in the top left made it much easier to see which ones had unread emails to attend to and made it much more convenient to swap between them. I would love to have some semblance of this feature again

Make highlights more highlighted
The new mail looks fine except for one thing. In dark mode (I'm assuming anyway, but that is DEFINITELY something I need) the highlights between read and unread messages are not there. Instead, I need to rely just on the text being bold or not, and that makes it VERY difficult to scan through and quickly see which messages I have or have not read. Could it be a bit more clear?

little purple dots
in the old yahoo mail the little red purple dots next to the check boxes used to function as making the email read and now clicking on them just open the email. Is there a setting to change that? also is there a way i can go back to the old Yahoo mail?

move mailboxes back to top left cant tell which account I'm in
ability to rearrange areas to what works for me this format seriously stinks its inefficient and you cannot find anything except your garbage advertisement ****
