Hello. While we cannot speak about specific comments, policy interpretations, or actions action in relation to specific comments outside of with their original poster, we seek to apply the Yahoo Community Guidelines as evenly, fairly, and objectively as possible.

Either be reasonable with comments that can be posted without excessive censoring or even better, provide good articles and no commenting at all. The click bait anger mongering model might make more money in the short term due to increased engagement, but it's a toxin to society and sure to cause long term failure of the brand. The only reason I am on yahoo is for use of a legacy email. I remember when that was yahoo's selling point. Now it's turned to a mental garbage mill, with the email as a side hussle.

Yahoo is worse than China with the censorship nonsense. How did it get this bad and what will Yahoo do to fix it? Either remove commenting all together or fix the issue. It's often not even possible to quote language directly from the actual article!
