Fix the BUG that prevents people from posting, I can't even post the word "test" without it being blocked and this has been going on for several weeks now without it being fixed.

How about actually telling someone WHY their comment was BLOCKED and not some generic statement telling the person to follow the rules.

I can't even post the word "test" without it being rejected and you won't even give me a reason for this happens. I requested to be contacted many, many times and it never happens, this is not the way to treat you customers.

Yesterday the 21st of July I did a test post ("test") and it worked, so I deleted it. Now today I can't post again.
At least be consistent, either allow people to post or don't allow people to post, don't play this game of posting 1 in 10 attempts and then blocking post once again.

You need to purge your blocked list if you can't address the FEATURE (bug) of people not being able to post anything at all, can't even post the word "test" or the letter "a"
