I would think a "Content Filter", like AdBlock gives us, would not only be beneficial to viewers, but it would also be advantageous to Yahoo to spot what trends and topics are dying. With a simple filter, a user could add words they mo longer want to see content or pictures with that word in the title. For instance, I add the word "Markle" to the filter, and bam, no more trash about the British Royals. Of course, the first word going in to the filter for me would actually be the name of that publicity-drunk "K" family whose name I even refuse to write out, so you could even include their name as the default first-filtered item.

A "shame on you" means SO MUCH from a coward who is too scared to use their name, hiding behind an Anonymous
You might want to learn the meaning of the word "propaganda" too, because that is all that comes out of the White House these days.

Hey we all share a bit of nostalgia for a real president, and the accomplishments of what a real man can do, not the current liar, immoral faker, and person who has the support of the most clueless of the American voters.

The problem is in your own browser, my friend, not the Yahoo website. Yahoo sells ad space to folks like DoubleClick, who use stuff from your own browser history to target ads to you. It is sort of like when a bunch of people in real life are offering you a breath mint, it probably means your own breath reeks. Sounds like, the ad sellers are seeing so many cookies in your browser, they figure the first thing you need is to get your browser cleaned up!

Why all the comments from "Anonymous" handles in here? An anonymous post is as lame as an Anonymous tip when you are trying to get someone in trouble. "Anonymous" =LAME!!!

I believe the word you are thinking of is "unbiasED". And I think Yahoo is as balanced and unbiased as Fox News is, don't you?

If you don't like their views here, WHY DO YOU CONTINUE TO READ THE PAGE? Go over to Fox News and read their fantasy pieces on how honest and hard-working the "president" is!

Yahoo, just give us a content filter tool that we can enter words/ names into to stop that content from appearing. It would do the viewer well, as it would block the content about said disgusting celebrities, but it would also give Yahoo feedback as to what topics are no longer interesting to users, information that Yahoo could then sell to their upstream providers. If the upstream providers get the message that ___ is no longer interesting to your readers, it will slow down the publicity machine that pushes this ****. A content filter tool would be a win-win for both Yahoo users and Yahoo marketing.
