[Scoring] Support "Vampire" leagues
All requests to support "Vampire" leagues. A "Vampire" league means one manager doesn't get to draft any player and fills their roster via waivers or free agency. If that manager beats their opponent in a given week, they can take one player from that manager's team to roster going forward.

I have been trying to run a Vampire league for the last two seasons with moderate success. The main problems coming up for this format, while running on a standard format, are the draft and trade deadlines. I set the trade deadline as far back as I can, but if the Vampire wins after Nov 29th, he will be unable to take a player from the losing team. I'm sure we can make the teams add/drop players to make the situation work for now, but, overall, a Vampire league setting would be great going forward.

It can be done now as long as the Commissioner and managers all cooperate. It just takes more effort. We run a Guillotine League on Yahoo without them creating the method for doing it. The Commissioner makes the cut on Tuesday and empties the roster of the loser except for a couple mandatory minimum players that he picks from the very bottom ranked players and parks them in bench slots.
