Draft Grades
The draft grades are based on projected scoring. Some teams decide to only draft one QB, TE, K and DEF at the time of the draft - than fill in as needed during bye weeks. Yahoo's draft grades penalizes those teams - and assumes that team will score zero points during those bye weeks.
A better way to grade drafts is to fix that issue. Teams with no qb on a bye week will pick one up - but maybe by having an extra RB on the squad in the early weeks of the season will benefit the team in the long run.
