4th and out
Scoring on a 3 and out doesn't occur when the team actually goes 4th and out.
4th down stops are slightly different from stopping a team in 4 total downs and achieving a turnover.
4th and out should exist OR going 3 and out, when a team goes 4th and out, should count as a 3 and out.
