Mulligan - redo 1 start/sit post game
Add a mulligan option to commissioner tools settings. The feature: max 2 per season for each team. Substitute 1 higher scoring bench player for a starter after Monday night football by 11:59pm. Not available for the playoffs. Mulligan toggles off automatically when playoffs start whether all teams have used them or not.
The logic: in real life the bench players impact the score, they sometimes score more than the starters and it would be another nice quirk that can be toggled on if available
