Create a bye week spot
Every NFL team gets a bye week. My suggestion is to create a bye week “spot” (similar to IR) where you can only designate a player/position during their bye week. Only for that week, can’t stash players. You have to drop someone once the bye week is over. You can add the replacement from the waiver wire/available players.
