Roster lock guillotine leagues
How is there no roster lock in the guillotine leagues? It should lock with 4 teams left. Otherwise the rosters become absurd and no strategy

Commissioners in a Private Guillotine-style league can use their tools to lock teams from adding and dropping players once it reaches a certain point in the season.
