Scoring - Position specific scoring categories
This scoring setting change would allow commissioners to change the scoring value for common scoring categories for each position (QB/RB/WR/TE) individually. For example, a commissioner could make receptions 1 point for WRs and RBs but 2 points for TEs. Currently you can only change the scoring value for all positions at once.

For example, positional scoring settings to make them 1.5 ppr or whatever. Just more options to make it fun.

Our league has been running on Yahoo for a long time, but we're wanting to adjust our scoring for team defenses as we're finding that mid-tier DEF are outperforming defenses that by stats and power rankings are superior.
One of the solutions we've looked at was having a fractional point loss by the number of points scored. Ex: Your defense allows 33 points so they would lose 0.25 points per point scored netting a -8.25 points from points allowed. Still a work in progress, but this method gets the DEF closer to rankings.
WIth the current system we can only set hard breaks at 0-35+ points which has some potential, but doesn't create enough separation between teams.

I have a league where we have an enhanced scoring metric for yardage (rushing and receiving), in order to help offset points that are awarded for Touchdowns and passing yards.
Basically, in our league 100 yards rushing or receiving is worth 15 points rather than just 10.
(0.66666 yards is needed to earn 1 point, instead of 10 yards needed to score 1 point).Here's our issue though... Quarterbacks that rush for a lot of yards are also benefiting from this enhanced metric. And there are only a few QBs in the league that rush for a large number of yards. This gives them a disproportionately significant advantage with rushing yardage being such a big factor. It slants the league in favor of the few teams that have heavily rushing QBs, and impacts the draft negatively.
Here's my suggestion:
Add in a simple scoring setting feature that toggles the QB position to be exempt from the customizable setting for the rushing/receiving yards metric.
In other words, in your system have QB rushing/receiving yards be its own category, separate from skill player's rushing/receiving yards. That way QBs will still just earn the basic points for rushing (10 yards = 1 point), while the other positions (RB/WR/TE) can have their yardage scoring customized.
It's a big distortion to have QB rushing yardage tethered to the other positions as it currently is.There are other platforms allowing for this type of customization, and if Yahoo wants to stay at the preferred cutting edge of fantasy sports, these types of settings are a vital aspect to include.

TE Premium is becoming more popular amongst the FFB community. Can You make an option to add additional PPR points for TE only?

Most other sites allow different scoring by position. For example, there is no way on Yahoo to create a TE premium league because the points per reception have to be the same for all positions. It would also be great to be able to reduce the value of rushing yards for QBs. Please help!

TE premium scoring. Our league wants to include TE premium scoring this year and your site doesn't allow for it which means I'll have to move our league to one of your competitors just for a scoring adjustment. Thats bad business

Can Yahoo expand their scoring setting to SPECIFIC POSITION settings. I would love to increase the values of TEs and RBs in my league. As it currently stands a reception has to be equal for all positions. Yardage totals being position specific would be great also.

I would like to set PPR based on position. For example, 0.5 PPR for WRs and 1.0 PPR for RBs, instead of applying the same PPR to all positions.

Adding an option for scoring for the TE position only, Having the ability to adjust the PPR and bonus points options for this position.. This position is getting harder and harder to keep in the league without converting it to a flex.. just would like an option to add value to that position.
