CEL eligble for IR
Please allow commissioners the ability to determine when players on the Commissioners Exempt List(CEL) to be eligible to be placed in IR. In my opinion, we should be able to place players on the CEL in IR so that the team can pick up another player until the NFL makes their final ruling.
