Award waivers before players are released to free agency
This is a huge problem and has to be fixed. Yahoo must award all waiver claims before releasing players to free agency. It creates a disadvantage to teams that put in a waiver claim to have to wait to see if they won the claim while other teams ****** up players in free agency. If I have one player I want to drop and he is tied up on a waiver claim, I can’t drop that player because there is still hope of getting the waiver claim. If I get the claim, great, I got the player I wanted. If I did not get the claim, I just lost an opportunity to grab other players in free agency. My league mates were snatching them up while I was locked in place waiting for yahoo to announce waiver claims. Step 1, award waiver claims. Step 2, release all other players to free agency. Right now it is backwards! Please fix this!
