Change players in real time
It would be extremely awesome to have the chance to replace players in real time, considering the time they played in the game, for example, when a player is injured during the game or if he is having a bad time getting the job done, you can replace him with another player in your bench if you have an option available. You can consider the time he stopped playing. For example, game time 18:50 was hurt, from point of the game the other player is taken, etc. Always forward is valid. Or even if you can do it by quarters it would work quite well too.
