Set Keeper Value by Round
Allow commissioners to set the keeper value by round. Once keepers are set, if they are assigned a round, the commissioners would not need to manually select them for each team in the league as part of the "custom draft order" process.
Custom draft order would still be used to set random variations in each round due to trades or other reasons.
There may be an issue when a manager has two picks in one round and a keeper is set for that particular round. However, Yahoo can default to the keeper to the pick for the manager in that round set automatically before any customizations and also flag the commissioner to review the occurrence so they can confirm which pick the keeper is set for.
