  1. Marking a message not spam doesn't send it into space

    If I find a friends message in the spam folder and mark it NOT SPAM it disappears. Why doesn't it go back to the in box where it belongs. What is the point of not spam if not to rescue it.

  2. make the Yahoo email filters work properly

    I've set lots of filters, yet lots of spam emails still get through, instead of being sent to the deleted folder. Those filters are obviously not being acted on!
    As you are deliberately not applying the filters, one imagines you don't want to stop spam.
    If you really wanted to stop spam, you could make it so that we could set a filter to bounce emails from nuisance spammers, ... to fill their inbox!!

  3. You won't let me sign into my email address until I get the code you sent to my email address.

    What are you trying to do to me. You won't let me sign into my email address until I have retrieved a code which you sent to the email address which I can't sign into. You are insane!

  7. Connecting my Android Samsung phone with my laptop failed today. Need help.

    Please message me the required code No/Letter to my Gmail next time. Your code message to my phone was blocked. Etisalat asked me to deposit money for this messaging every week. And they would pay Play Station for this. This is something New/ strange. All these years it never happened. Now it is 'money' 'money' 'money'. This was done also in the past messaging me the code to my Gmail -

    I received an E-mail supposedly from Yahoo but doubt if it is real. The contents are below:
    We are closing all old versions of our Mailbox. Update your account to avoid losing your mailbox and important messages.

    Note: If you do nothing, you may no longer be able to access your email and your account will be closed before these terms become effective.

    It comes from someone with the following address:

  10. Sign up country code disable revert on page refresh

    Country code reverts to +93/default if the sign up page throws an error, why? My new business is referring people to sign up with yahoo and the sign up form's mobile country code has some bad javascript or something where it reverts the country code back if there's a form error 1) it should be autodetected 2) it should stay on the selected one once selected 3a) it should automatically remove 0's from the beginning or 3b) it should not autofill

    Yahoo can differentiate with the smoothest experience and the one-page sign up page is great, but it behaves stupidly…

  11. Yahoo failed in MS Outlook once again this is a re-occuring problem involving your useless imap servers

    Yor servers appear to have problems when accessing an account via MS Outlook. This is a re-occurring problem. I know my account works because other email apps are working. Your IMAP servers seem to be plagued with problems.

  14. Yahoo mail has stopped working in every browser and every app!

    This is not the first time this has happened. i have reset the password, uninstalled everything and reinstalled it. i can log into yahoo but not yahoo mail. I have logged in from browsers on other peoples phone but i simply cannot access any of my emails.
    Yahoo has completely failed me and there is not even any tech help unless i subscribe. i have no choice but to start from scratch with a new email provider.
