  4. your messenger search is a complete load of rubbish, pretty much sums up yahoo as a whole

    why not employ web designers not the idiots that you have now, your messenger is a joke and to make a complaint a bigger joke, you can close down my account if you like it is not worth hacking

  11. Other sections from the home page, such as finance!

    Why has access to other sections such as Yahoo finance now disappeared from the home page?
    Bring it back! Why do you keep screwing with things? Trying to fix whatever is not broken?

    Go back to the old version of yahoo on your mobile!!!! No need to see the sometimes stupid comments under the feed reports, it now seems limited to about 5 or 6 feeds on the scroll reports and sometimes is impossible to scroll to the next feed (iphone6). It is so annoying when trying to scroll, seeing the next story and when you take your finger off the screen it flicks back to the one your trying to leave, normally the story you have first.   14. Can't create an account - always get "too many failed attempts" sort it or I go elsewhere

  17. Missing Mails

    My inbox is not synchronized between mobile apps and web mail. Some emails can only be shown in my mobile apps but not in the web mail. On 14 July 2017, I moved a grouped email into the Archive Folder using my mobile apps. However, that email disppeared suddenly in the Archive Folder. I made two restore requests to the Yahoo Helpdesk on 14 Jul and 21 Jul resepectively but I still can't retrieve back that email. Any help can be offered?

  18. I am in Italy, but use UK Yahoo. From today, when I logout of my Mail, it sends me on to Italy Yahoo. Why????

  19. Dear Yahoo, on my mail inbox, there is a "Vanish" advert keep opening popups for the amazon sites. Any help?

    Can you remove these popups (Vanish from Amazon in particular). They even look like virus attack. Very disturbing.
