  2. Locked out of email acc. Helpline instructions unclear so please HELP

    I cannot access my email account. Instructions on helpline are in form of recorded message which is spoken too fast to understand, so please re-record more slowly so an OAP can understand

  3. Who is the idiot that does the links to your main stories ?

    recently whom ever is responsible for setting the links to your lead stories either, cannot read or has the typing skills of a 1 year old, because I am getting fed up with the stupid message "Hmmm... the page that you're looking for isn't here. Try searching above." why would I try searching something you cant link or for that matter find ?

  13. Try typing - 'muslims are' and checkout autocomplete (or any other minority blacks,jews). Google seem to have taken care of this.

  16. You need to include the regional subdomains in your certificates.

    Your https links are all showing as unsecured due to the .uk. being present before the topic subs. I'm not adding exceptions, so I end up elsewhere to read articles

  18. Design at its most amateurish

    Change back to old homepage. Who ever designed this new one needs to be sacked. A truly awful page. There are far too many design flaws to begin to list them here. But one for sure is that the design is far too simplistic. The best advice I can give is go back to the old page (my preference) or start again. Surely the bosses at Yahoo cannot be remotely happy with this abomination of page design?
