You stupid asshats couldn't run bathwater!! I just tried to switch between accounts on my phone, a phone I've had a a while now and is familiar to my emails accounts. Yahoo signed me out of one of my accounts and made me have to sign in and had to send a verification code to my other account, You stupid bastards I can't switch betwwen account on my phone to get the ******* code. I had to go to a computer open my mail, then open my yahoo on my phone to do this verification process all the **** over…

After Cox transition Yahoo mail will not work in Outlook
After Cox.net transitioned to Yahoo, various instructions became available from Yahoo about how to repair or set up Yahoo in Outlook. The settings provided, for adding new or repairing existing, do not work in Outlook. We get an error box. Have tried all variations of the different IMAP and POP settings for in out and all the different port combinations. Stil can't get it to work. Meanwhile all our email addresses and records are locked in Outlook and or new mail is stuck in Yahoo. Can not carry out business. Yahoo needs to provide work-around instruction or a fix.

Can someone please tell me why my 4 word (not bad words) with a simple ellipsis (...) gets declined, but some guy is allowed to say vulgar sexual things to me?? Maybe the reviewer of my comment was younger and got offended by the... Either be better at your censorship, or don't do it at all. It's unbelievable the tame things I have had rejected, but the things I see that get through are just plain nasty and mean.

Why are your comments blocked? Yahoo told me why. Politics and religion.
Have your comments been blocked and Yahoo refuses to say why? One of their reps on the phone told me if you make political or religious comments and the wrong Yahoo employee sees it they might ban you forever if they're having a bad day and they'll refuse to say why. He said he can't do anything and I should make a new email if I want to comment.

Nov 2020 Where Do I post A New Topic?
This Is Not An Idea; It’s A Question. I am coming back to Yahoo because gmail is threatening to stop my emails over storage issues. I’m retired and can’t pay gmail. I volunteer with several important non-profits and google will interfere with my work in these venues when email from these nonprofits get bounced back. HERE IS MY QUESTION: What are the odds that Yahoo, too will start charging if I have too many items in ‘storage’?

The new Yahoo home page is absolutely horrible. It's cluttered with advertisements and sections/articles are poorly labelled. Doubt if you'll even read this because you likely don't care about users, just advertisers.

Under the new 2024 format it is impossible to see replies to my comments. Replies do not link to comments and often link to a completely different article.

If you can't comment then sign up for Yahoo+ for $5 then call and cancel
Thousand of us can't comment and don't know why. Many think it's political. Their tech support can't/won't fix it. Only $$$$$$ sends a message. Sign up for Yahoo plus and if you still can't comment call 1-800-745-0739 and tell them to cancel subscription because you can't comment. They'll try to fix it and fail. If enough people do this it will send a message.

Get rid of the Outbrain click bait page that pops up when I try to go back to my home page after reading a news article
Some time ago, you added in a feature where when I go to an article and am done reading the article, when I click the back button to return to my home page, I get a window sponsored by Outbrain it appears. This page is annoying and pointless as I have to click the back button again to get back to the home page. At least give me the option to skip this as I have never once clicked on any of that click bait and will never click on any of it. Please don't force me to stop using…

Sign In to My Yahoo
Why am I having to sign in every single time I click on My Yahoo? This was never the case previously. I checked Stay Signed In box and it does nothing. I can't keep wasting my time having to sign in to Yahoo several times a day when I revisit my homepage. When will this latest "fix" be undone?!

Not sure why any comment I make is rejected, but I see no reason to endure it. I’m signing out of Yahoo on every device. I’ll check back in a few days and if you’ve got a legitimate reason, I’m leaving a site I’ve utilized since its inception.

No way to comment now
For the last year I have not been able to post a comment on news articles and thee is no way to find out why. I submitted a complaint about a bully who posted on a comment I made and this has been the result. Great going Yahoo.

My Phone Broke
My phone that has the authenticator broke. So now I can't access Yahoo on any other PC or phone since it's requesting I enter the 2FA code. Yahoo won't help me too since I'm outside US and can't contact their support. What a great company. 20+ years of activity gone just because I can't use my 2FA. What's the use of a recovery email if it DOESN'T help me recover my main account.
