When My Yahoo Format Is Gone, So Am I
HATE the new yahoo format!!!!!! I have My Yahoo set up how I want it for the news I want to see. I use it every morning and throughout the day and will miss it a lot. Your new format SUCKS. I will no longer have any reason to log on to Yahoo.com after My Yahoo is gone. I will just eliminate my account.

I didn't find option to go back to basic yahoo email,
I think you should provide option for people like me who has issue learning and adjusting to new things. Unfortunately I am struggling with changes and I am getting anxiety due to not finding my way with new look of email ( may be I am old fashion person can't adjust to new things) so please consider offering option to switch back to classic basic look.Thanks in advance.

una mierda...el programador que remasterizo el mail estaba borracho???
los programadores tiene las mejores maquinas? recuerdo que la mayoria de las personas tiene maquinas comunes...eso es con lo que deberian desarrollar las paginas. esto que hicieron es una mierda....el yahoo mail basico no era lo mejor, pero es mucho mejor que esta mierda que hiceron ahora.

THE NEW EMAIL APPEARANCE IS AWFUL 9/2026 ....AND I DON'T HAVE THE OPTION TO RETURN TO THE OLD VERSION. WHY DO YOU THINK IT IS OK TO SWITCH MY EMAIL ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE AND NOT ALLOW ME TO SWITCH BACK ? I HAVE PUT UP WITH SO MANY ISSUES WITH YAHOO MAIL OVER THE YEARS BUT THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Le e-mail 'non lette' si distinguono faticosamente da quelle 'lette' specie per chi ha problemi di vista. Occorre, oltre al grassetto, che venga parzialmente colorata la casella dell'e-mail 'non letta'. Esattamente come era nella vecchia versione. Inoltre, occorre che venga ripristinata la funzionalità del pallino per indicare subito le e-mail come 'lette' e viceversa. Grazie per quanto farete

Let me go back to classic mail. If I wanted another G mail account, I would have signed up for another one. I don't want or need the "new and improved" mailbox.

Complaint
I have sent a complaint to the better business bureau which has not been resolved. So, whoever is getting paid to do the job in answering these complaints has not done their job but is getting paid to do nothing. I will be forwarding this to the Attorney General and Yahoo CEO. Also, I will be looking for another email service. Furthermore, Yahoo should be looking at all the complaints it has soon the rate Yahoo is going not be going to be around for long due to this.

SEPT 2026: HAVE TO WAIT AND WAIT FOR EMAIL TO LOAD. How can I fix/repair this?
EMAIL IS SLOW to load, and I keep getting a "wait" message...It take MINUTES FOR EACH email to load, and then I have to "wait!" HOW CAN I FIX/CLEAR THIS UP????? PERMANENTLY????

Lost account because of Yahoo incompetence
OK Yahoo. Now I have lost another account and want to know why. I only used it a few weeks ago and even changed the password on it. I have friends accounts on there that i have known since 2001.
Why can I not access the account? It would be helpful if feedback was read and responded to instead of being completely ignored. I have lost contact with many friends and do not have any backup of their addresses.

Don't force your customers to accept the new Yahoo mail format!!
I Want to share this feedback to Yahoo, regarding the New Yahoo mail look and features:
1st - The font or print layout style looks cheap and gives a low quality impresion appearances right away, the way it has been presented by Yahoo.
2nd - It's not appreciated that Yahoo is not offering all customers no matter what kind of account the Yahoo customer has or is using regardless of the account, to be able to be given the option to decide whether they like the new look or features of the New Yahoo format or to go back or…

I hate the new changes, and unfair I cant change it back
I cant stand the new layout. It makes me want to cancel yahoo services, and just go to google. Which I think I will. I dont like I cant change the layout, and I think before you change how the layout is maybe you should first see if that is what I want to do. This is my email account. I have tried to navigate through the new layout and I don't like it at all.

Cannot access some of my accounts
This is about the sixth time I have asked for help with logging in to my accounts. NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE from Yahoo. What is the point of feedback when it just ignored? I need access to some of my accounts which I have used in the last couple of months. One account has important contacts who I have know for over 26 years and one account has to do with providing details so that I can get my pension payments resumed.
