I have spent nearly an hour exhausting all recover methods because a hacker connected the account to their number and my original alternate email STILL connected to the account was not sufficient. I called the customer support line, went through circular reasoning again, and was not able to get the help I need.

   I want help with resolving access to my account and at the very least get it deleted so that my data is not compromised. Please escalated this request. I am inclined to seek legal action if this continue to remained unresolved.

12. New Mail is Unreadable

    I use my laptop, and the new yahoo mail layout has so much extra room around the lines that I am unable to read my email on my laptop screen. I can view 5 email headings and the space for the selected email is so small because of the extra space you put in, that I am unable to see the text of the email, or even scroll through it. 18. You were making changes in 2020. What happened to 2026?

    To better determine if an email is spam or unwanted, it would be nice if you had a feature that allowed users to click on the incoming sender name, and see the underlying email address. Bad actors often use innocent names to mask their dodgy email addresses.

19. Offer to opt out of signing in with fingerprint or code.

    For the past couple of months I've been getting a notification every time I log in to my Yahoo mail, asking me to sign in with my fingerprint or code. I DO NOT WANT TO DO THIS. So my suggestion is to offer an option to opt out. I've been told all I need to do is hit skip...but I DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS SCREEN FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. I don't want to use either of these methods and am not changing my mind. Please offer an option to opt out. IT'S EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Thank you.

20. It Needs to Be Much Easier to Find My Payment History!

    It is way too difficult to find Payment History. You need to make this much easier.

    I looked in my Yahoo Wallet, which is where this information used to be, but the last payment I see there is from LAST YEAR. So I started a chat to get help finding this information.

    EVEN THEY DID NOT KNOW how to find it.

    You have to somehow find your SUBSCRIPTIONS page, which itself is not at all obvious, then click on the individual SUBSCRIPTION, then click on the "View" link after "Billing Info".

    None of these links to get to this page say anything about PAYMENTS.

    And, strangely enough, this page has a "Wallet" tab, and it DOES NOT LIST RECENT PAYMENTS. The last payment I see there is this: Mailpro / Oct 29, 2025 / -$5.00 USD

    This is bad.
