  2. leave classic yahoofinance page version as long as possible

    new look of yahoo finance and stock main page is really not as good and friendly as old classic view. i am working from PC, so i talk from this point (pc user).
    yahoofinance classic look is really strong, and i would say one of most informative from all sites i am using. new look - sorry but it is not as good (even not close to old one)

  3. Sadly, the extremely useful Holdings tab information is now deleted in 2.0.

    Missing functionality in 2.0 eliminates its utility for me. It is the functionality in the "Holdings" tab. In the original, the columns were Symbol, Shares, Ave Cost / Share, Price, Day's Gain, Day's Gain %, Total Gain, Total Gain %, and Market Value.

    This Holdings tab was hugely useful; the user could sort on any of these columns. 2.0 Holdings is worthless. I must click on each stock individually with no ability to sort. Maybe okay with a small portfolio but very disappointing with a larger portfolio.

    If not corrected, I will abandon Yahoo 2.0. I am miffed because AOL…

  5. Please stop posting political articles on Yahoo Finance as they are white noise clutter when I'm looking for trading and investment

    Please stop with the political posts, not helpful and clutters the actual stock market and company related articles along with my focus and concentration. I am really disappointed as a monthly subscriber to Yahoo+ that you need to publish content that appears to be more appropriate to Yahoo News. Question, what exactly is the goal of Yahoo Finance? Political hacks or credible Financial journalism?

  6. Delete "New Yahoo Finance"

    The "New Yahoo Finance" is a complete abortion. It doesn't work right. All I get is a spinning circle when it tries to display a chart. You must have hired the people that worked for Coca-Cola and came up with "New Coke". Remember that debacle? Those people got fired so hard they topped the history of being fired. Burn the "New Yahoo Finance" to the ground and scatter the ashes. Fire the ones responsible for the decision to create it and MAKE SURE they cannot ever get a job where they can do something like that again. The "Classic Yahoo…

    Now the portfolio finance page on both classic and new are terrible. Go back to old format with volumes, price high/lows etc
