How can we improve New Mail?

I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.

Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

    Well I couldn't be happier with the new format. I wish I could shake hands to anybody on the teams who worked tirelessly and agreed to continually accept feedback....even when the topics and body of feedback was from adults who thought starting a comment or a question or link or just general feedback on their experiences in an unbecoming, immature way. I am proud you continue to accept the feedback from posts that I find embarrassing and more than not pure complaints of frustration rather than getting noticed or constructive feedback and discourse. Posts that start with "hate hate hate your new format"and the like.......i am embarrassed for these folks and hope comment and feedback sections such as this they might grow in maturity to be a bit less tantrum or angered and more measured, logical...in other words, some people need to grow the **** up, ya feel me, brah....heard that.....waddyup allz.......Los Alamitos Chickenitos in da house. ya knoww.

    contacts from just a search should not enter the contact list, the list should only contain what the owner puts in, not automatic

    yes is true,i also remarked that I can't find my contact list,my friends list and I think this issue have to be solve,may be the old format was much good than the new one,also if I don't login a few days I got problems because my account does not recognize the password and the user,really after all these years this problem couldn't be solve ? I am using Yahoo at least for 10 years,my old account was different but of course need improvement,but now is worse......

    Title is description of what appears to be a linking issue within the new yahoo email that needs attention.

    suddenly I get only 1/4 of or less of my e-mails, and I do not know why.
    I check my spam and even there, there are 1/10 to the spam I used to get.

    hate this new format can't find my e-mail contacts only thing that comes up is my list of phone numbers off of my phone I don't need them on my computer.

    Can't get into contact list - if not resolved I will stop using yahoo and go to gmail

    Hallo yahoo, same question. You used to be able to click on an email contact and a little drop down appeared where with different choices.

    Make contacts part of new mail and that will fix my main complaint about the new mail format.

    How do I get my contacts list to appear? I need to add or change details easily and quickly. No idea how to get contacts to show. This is a frustrating and unnecessary change.

    Yahoo has been reducing the visible e-mail list, and now there is a large tab about seeing all photos as once. I can't see how to get rid of or shrink this tab, which is covering maybe 15% of my e-mail list.

    I can't have access to my contact list, even i have clicked on the icon of the upper right side. It has kept on showing technical errors. Appreciate if you can help immediately. Thanks

    If I try to go to my contacts, it takes me back to the old format. Can NOT get my contacts up on this format. Pathetic and frustrating. So far the best solution is to delete the Yahoo account and move to Gmail.

    can't find contact list either. got a new contact and has the name backwards. I cant fix it.
