Better filters to direct spam away from my inbox. Way too much spam mail!!

I suggest more robust filters. I have items in my Spam folder, that get through to my e-mail client (Outlook). These messages are NOT in my Yahoo inbox, but they ARE in the SPAM folder. I get at least 4-5 per day that leak through. What can Yahoo do to close this leak?

The spam is overwhelming...what's changed?

I have the opposite problem...too many emails being filtered as 'spam' that actually aren't. I suspect it's because I often mass-delete emails from my phone without opening them. That's because I can tell from the subject line whether or not I want to open it.

I mean, I'm not sure who's in charge with marketing over there, but they should surely be ******* fired.

please. Stop delaying, and stop wasting time. Filter out all of those spam emails that have randomly assigned addresses, like this one - <XBE1RCZ6WC23B@mxjbfpthlyb.wjq> it can't be that hard to filter out all of these. Let those who get caught up in this go elsewhere, not my inbox.
thanks

yahoo only cares about money. Defintly not its customers. The spam it allows into you account get them millions of dollars. They promote the spam.. The spam I get is absolute filth.

your spam filters suck!.. I keep getting a min of 10 spam emails a day from the same people, despite blocking and marking them as spam! IT DOES NOT WORK!

I have been trying to use filters to block unwanted emails. Selecting to send them to spam, however, when I go back and check the filters, they are all set to inbox instead.

I just read that most of the comments say the SAME thing. Remove the spam and all the unnecessary other things that is being complained about. Why is that so hard? OR, why not explain why you can't or won't.

Currently the "SPAM" feature of Yahoo mail doesn't work. You designate an incoming email as "SPAM" but the emil sorter doesn't remove it and the email continue to show in the "INBOX"

I have added so many emails to block, and I just keep getting more. AOL is much better at blocking emails..

Give us the God Dam Option to "BLOCK" those who send SPAM. Not just Delete them. Make it easier than having to write down Their address to "ADD" to the Block list. They have hundreds of addresses because all they do is change one character.

I have added and/or blocked 200 email addresses by adding them to the Security and Privacy - Blocked Addresses. I think I get more spam emails now than before. Your spam filters are not working AT ALL!

There is so much SPAM in my inbox, that is just so annoying. I'm truly thinking about changing my email to another site. I've been with YAHOO a very, long time. If I have to change email, then I will.
Thank you,

Please develop better screening filters for the SPAM email addresses that inundate your Yahoo World. I am speaking of the daily unsolicited **** emails that have filled your servers for months. The emails addresses are clearly random collections of letters and numbers to avoid being blocked by the poor users (all of us). It wouldn't take but five minutes to install this filter on your end. If a business complains about being cut off, they can always establish legitimate addresses, and play fair. PLEASE GET RID of THESE DAILY **** SPAM emails. Thank you so much.
